Giles Temple was the victim of a Road Traffic accident (RTA) and was pronounced dead at the scene by the attending emergency doctor. Cause of death was multiple traumas to the head and torso consistent with an RTA. There were four separate fractures of the skull evident and the subject had suffered a massive cerebral haemorrhage. There was also damage to the liver, spleen and multiple rib fractures, a fractured pelvis and both legs had suffered compound fractures both above and below the knee.
