God.... they have got information board everywhere. It's shows where washroom, escalator, elavtaor, gift shops, scanning room, blood bank and so on but not the way to cafeteria.

I decided to ask someone and I spotted a caretaker and was going to her. When I suddenly collide with someone. I tighten my hold on the baby and turn to apologize..

"I'm sor... kaden....." I yelled in surprise.

"Sarah.... baby girl.." he yelled back.

Suddenly he pulled me for a hug and

I got out of his hold because we are

jamming the baby...

That's when he noticed the baby in my hands. And his eyebrows frowned..

"When did you have baby." He asked frowning at the baby

"What...." I yelled

"I mean where did you get this baby.."

Before I can give an answer. He holds me asking if I'm hurt or not. Looking all over me for injury...

So I slapped his head to get his attention.

"Ouch what was that for." He cried rubbing his head.

"You dumbo I told you earlier that it's not me who got into an accident. I just helped someone who met with an accident and this is his baby."

"Ok...ok fine but where are you guys heading to."

"We are looking for the cafeteria. This little guy over here is hungry." I said and gently tapped his nose making him giggle

"You guys stay here. I will go ask someone." With that said he left.

He came back after sometime, saying it's at the other side. And thank God finally we find it.

We rushed to the cafe and there is not much people and i went straight to order. They don't have anything ready made. They only make on request because its late at night and not much people.

I decided to get nutritional food. I don't want him to have any junk food..

They got variety of sandwiches, soups, rice and so on. I decide to get rice since the baby show's some intrest in rice. Maybe he gets attracted to the picture. Anyways we bought shrimp and egg fried rice. And coffee for me and Kaden.

Kaden decide get the food from counter and me along with the baby went to get a table..

Suddenly the baby ask for his dada.

I don't know what should I tell him because I don't have a proper answer. And how can I say to a child that his dad is fighting with death.

God please be kind. Nothing is impossible for you. Please have mercy on him and bring him back to life. I said a little prayer in my mind for him.

I took a deep breath. "Baby your dada is still getting the treatment, and your brother got shifted to a room. we will go see him once we had food." I aaid and he became happy and nod his head..

"Here comes the yummy food." Kaden announced placing it on the table.

It smells so good. So I had a spoon and it's chewy and tasty.

I started to spoon feed him, blowing the food a little to reduce the hotness.



"Here baby.. aaha... open you mouth... is it yumm. Do you like it.. " I asked him while feeding.

He node his head with a smile..

"Sarah have your coffee while feeding him. It's getting cold. And yeah, what's his name." Kaden asking while sipping his coffee.

"His name? well his name. I don't know.." I said smiling awkwardly.

"Are you serious.." I asked in shock.

God I can't believe myself. I spent almost three hours with him and I didn't even think about asking his name. Oh! stupid me. Nowadays I don't know whats wrong with me.

"Ahmm baby whats your name?" I asked and he looked up at me while chewing his food.

"Maiyiyo.." he replied

"What baby?" I asked not understanding what he said.

"I'm mayiyo." I said again.

Now Kaden and I looked at each other not knowing what he said.

Mayiyo what kind of name is that. Maybe it's not. It's something else.

"Mayiyo.. mai... may.. mayo... mayonnaise..." Kaden said it out loud with a smile gaining unwanted attention.

"Seriously Kaden, I know that your a dumbo. Now you want the whole world to know that.? Look around you everyone is looking at us." I whisper yelled.

He looked around and his cheeks turned red from embarrassment.

I went back to gussing his name. What could it be.

"Baby can you say your name once more." I asked looking at the baby.

"Mareyo.." he said

"Mareyo not Mayiyo...Mare...Mari..yo

Mario..." when I said it the baby nod his head with a smile.

Yes.. find it me and Kaden did a high-five. The baby too streched out his palm. So we tap on one of his hand and did a high-five with a laugh.

"Now what about your brother what's his name?" I asked looking at the baby.

"Anjello.." he replied

"Jeloo.." yelled Kai

"Shut up Kaden. why are sprouting out nonsense. Now who put jello as their kids name.." I yelled back at him.

"Whatever, I love jello.." he replied making face.

God this guy at times act really immature..

So if this baby is Mario and the other baby Anjello.. Angi..

"Baby is it Angelo."

"Mmhm..." he node his head with a smile.

Yes victory. We three again did a high-five.

Mario and Angelo what a beautiful name.

I really want to ask him his dad's name but i don't want to go through another round of guessing game.

So I dropped that idea.

"Ok baby come one finish it. Don't you want to see Angelo?" I asked while trying to make him open his mouth.

"Mmhm want tu shee Anjello." he replied back excitedly.

"I donet want it. Im ful mamma." He said moving his head away from the spoon.

"Sweet heart a little bit more." I try to convince him

"No mamma. mayio is full." He said looking at me.

"Ahmm ok then." I kept the spoon back on the plate.

Wait mamma... Did he call me mama.

Maybe he said it by accident. Good that Kaden wasn't paying attention or else he will make a big issue over it.

After throwing garbage we head to meet Angelo baby.

We enter his room. He looks the same as Mario. God these two are twins. Gosh... can't believe I m discovering it now.

He is not awake. He got bandages on his head ,hand and the nurse said that he got a broken leg and he is connected to IV..

"Why es he sheeping." Mario suddenly asked looking at me.

"Baby he is tired now. He will wake up soon." I replied and kissed his temple.

The nurse said that Mario can stay with his brother. He can stay on the other bed...

I tried to put him to sleep but he doesn't want to so we decide go to the ICU to see what's the condition there.

My hands are getting tired of holding him constantly so I try to pass him to Kaden but he didn't want to go with him. He cling to my neck like a kola bear.

We went to the ICU. James and Marvin are still there. Marvin is still crying.

Poor guy seem's like he likes his boss a lot. He was crying earlier the first time we meet and now too he is crying..

Kaden did a small introduction and we were about to have a seat. When all of a sudden the doctor came out.

He had a sad face on.

God please, no. I hurriedly covered Mario's ear. I don't want him to hear anything bad.

"How is he doctor. Is he fine? Can we see him?" asked Marvin wiping his tears..

"Well...... he is ........."
