We left to have lunch and Dela immediately came to settle in my uniform pocket. I knew Sky was soon to follow, Vira was happy and her smile was contagious.
“What’s got you smiling so much?” I quired smiling, as we walked towards the dining hall.
“Today is a good day C! I found myself, a friend and my mate!” She chimed, “Yeah, my mate doesn’t want me but still, it makes me happy that I’m not alone anymore!”
“Don’t you worry about that girl! You’ll never be alone!” I told her, how similar are these two?
“So, does your brother know?” She asked in a whisper.
“Know what?” I asked confused.
“That you and pro- Vann are mates?” She asked correcting herself.
“Well, actually he was there when Vann found me! Both the times!” I told her.
