The Pegasus soon landed near the Quefaialm palace where Adri was waiting for him impatiently. The moment she saw Cahan’s figure getting closer, she got up and walked towards him. Adri was greeted with a huge grin on Cahan’s face and her face immediately morphed into a scowl.
“Took you long enough!” She bombarded him the moment he got down the Pegasus.
“Nice to know you missed me too!” Cahan retorted with a smirk plastered.
“Arrogant jerk!” Adri spat.
“You have our whole life to curse at me, babe. Can we first finish our first task? Our mission needs to be set in motion tomorrow.” C
