When Reggie knocked on Carlos’s door, his caddie answered bare-chested, a towel covering his shoulders. He looked Reggie over from head to toe. “You don’t want to show up for the photographer like that,” Carlos reproached him, using a corner of the towel to clean an ear. Reggie stared at him, confused, but then realized Carlos was talking about his outfit. “Well, I think they’ll give me something to wear,” he said, entering the room. “You know, from sponsors.” “Hmm, you may be right. I’m not used to these things.” Carlos chuckled, closing the door behind Reggie. Then Carlos noticed the envelope Reggie was fanning himself with, as if he was hot. “What do you have there?
