My heart raced. Could something have happened to her?
"Yes, Luna. Just give me ten minutes, and I’ll be there with your order," she said but her voice held a tremor, and before I could process it, the call ended abruptly.
I sighed, placing the phone down.
“Please wait for a while. Okay?" I asked the ladies and they murmured assent and I smiled in relief.
