Mackenzie's P.O.V.
"Hey, Jes. You here all of a sudden?" Johnny says as he opens the door. My heart did a little leap inside my chest by hearing that name.
I couldn't see her as Johnny's body was blocking the view. But soon she was being seen, but not the way I wanted to see her.
"John," she cried out and quickly hugged him, she was squeezing his body with her arms and dug her head in his chest. Maybe that wouldn't have affected me much if he didn't hug her back.
"What happened?" He shoved his hand through her hair, a concerned tone in his light voice which was enough to make my blood start boiling.
Why is she here?!
"My- parents-" she sobbed. "T-They got divorced."
