Aubrielle: The sounds of water drops leaking from a loose pipe was what woke me from what felt like an eternal nap. My eyelids fluttered open, staring into nothing, but a dark room. Good thing I was able to see in the dark due to me accessing my vampire ability. As I tried to get up, I felt myself chained down to what felt like bolted floors. The smell in the room was a little tainted, but not enough for me to bear. "Hello?!" I shouted. As I continued to look around the room, my eyes stopped on a figure that was hanging by their arms. "Hello? Can you hear me?" They didn't respond. Well, the figure hanging didn't. "You're awake." A deep male voice came from the other side of the room. "Good." The light came on and I noticed the man that turned them on. It was my great grandfather.
