Lily's POV
Burning Pace
Just when I had many points to prove to myself, this bike decides it isn't going to move.
As I struggle to start the engine, I see Andre's bike at the other end, as though he is waiting for me to move.
I know that is because he wants to show me that even if he starts later than I, he would still win. I know he is all about proving a point for me.
Finally my bike starts, and I zoom out of where I was stuck long after several others had gone.
I knew I would catch up anyway, and the annoying part was that Andre still waited a little after I started before he joined the race as well.
