After the meeting with Devin and the other guys, I was heading back to my room when I decided to check on Esther in her room.
I knocked on her door and got a reply before entering. I was surprised to see that Xavier was still awake.
"Where is my mummy?" he ran towards me as soon as he saw me walk into the room. He asked in a concerned tone.
I bent down to carry him up to my shoulder and made him sit around my neck, which is his favorite position.
"Mum is fine, she will be back tomorrow morning before you wake up," I said to him as I tried tickling him, and that made him giggle.
