I changed Saga’s diaper, took them downstairs and placed them in their carry cots. I got their playmats and put them on the floor so they could entertain themselves for a bit. I looked around. Adara hadn’t bothered to clean the mess Malachi and I had made. I carried the broken chairs to the garage and cleaned the kitchen and dining area, washing the blood from the wall and floor.
