12“ What do you mean David gave you a hickey?” Hannah was looking at me as if I were crazy.
I showed her the mark on my neck, which I noticed when I was in the bathroom. It was a big purple hickey with a distinct mark of two canine teeth.
“ I had a very naughty dream with David in the lead role.”
“ Okaay...” She still couldn't believe it.
“ Damn it Hannah, I'm not making anything up, that's the way it was. He said I should be careful because something big was coming up...” I described what David said. “ … and that he sent a letter too... so you little skeptic, are you going to believe me when the letter arrives?”
