Silva’s happens to be a small restaurant, it is actually a Filipino restaurant and they are known for their dessert called Halo-Halo. Halo Halo is, the Filipino word that means "mixture" or "mixed", it is a popular cold dessert in the Philippines made up of crushed ice, It is a layered dessert consisting of sweetened beans, fruits, shaved ice drizzled with evaporated milk, and ice cream. It was my first time to encounter it, and it reminds me of the Korean dessert called Bingsu!
