Chapter 3: Roux Dimitri, the cold guy

“Oh my gosh!! I just saw Roux Dimitri!! And he is so handsome!”
“I know right! And he is so hot! Even with his snobbish look, my gosh! His hotness is overloading!”
“Should I try to make him notice me? I think we two look good together!”
“Hey! He looked at me a while ago, so he is interested in me, not you!”
“No! He is mine!”
My hands turned into a fist. My perfectly gel manicured nails might break because of how hard my fingers are squeezing into my palms but I don’t care! These girls are making my blood boil!
How dare they talk about Roux like that?!
And their voices are irritatingly loud! I don't know if they are just trying to piss me off!
So out of annoyance, I stood up to approach them.
My chair made a harsh sound that made them look my way. And I almost congratulate myself when I saw how their faces turned pale as if they have seen a ghost!
And that cheered me up! Seeing their scared faces gave me satisfaction!
That's good, be scared of me b*tches!
“Hi B*tches!” I greeted them with a sweet smile on my face even when my insides are already screaming in annoyance.
Looking at their faces, no one looks good for Roux! How dare them! Dreaming of Roux is illegal with that kind of face!
They look..ordinary!
So ordinary!
I tried so hard not to look disgusted. But I am already rolling my eyes at them internally.
“I hate to burst your bubbles but.. no one among you deserves to be with Roux.” I said nicely while still smiling then I looked at them head to foot.
I guess they got the message already.
“Are we clear? Or should I still make you three understand what I am trying to say?” I asked them in my sweet yet fake voice.
They all shook their heads.
"Good! Now shut your mouths because it is irritating me!"
“Y-yes!” They all said in unison while nodding their heads several times.
“And I don’t want to hear you three again talking about Roux..or else…” I said and they all took a big gulp.
I think I don’t even have to say it because they seem to have perfectly understood what I want them to remember.
“And also, just so you girls know.. Roux is mine! So back off!” I said sharply before I flipped my hair and glared at them then turned my back and settled on my chair again.
Our room became silent, maybe everyone heard that I confronted those girls..
I am glad then.
At least it is cleared to everyone that Roux is just mine.
“B*tch!” Megan said with a teasing smile.
“That’s me!” I winked at her and Amber and we all laughed.
“Roux!” I excitedly called him when he entered the campus.
My world turned bright when I saw him, it is like everything has vanished and all I can see is him.
He turned his head to where I am, and I tried so hard not to lose my cool.
I tried so hard not to run towards him! Even when I badly want to!
Oh how I missed him!
His green eyes remind me of a beautiful beach in Asia that I have once visited. Not only because of its beautiful green color but it also gives me the feeling of calmness.
I don’t usually smile, my smile is pricey but whenever I see Roux’s face, my lips will automatically move..giving him the sweetest smile that I have.
My smile is just for him..
And my family and close friends.
“Hey!” I greeted him as I came closer to him.
“Saoirse.” He greeted me without any emotion on his face. He sounded so formal that it made me flinched.
But I threw away all my negativity..I want to be as nice as I could be to Roux, just to Roux and my family and friends only!
To others, I don’t want to be nice, for they will just take advantage of it!
So never mind.
“Hi! How are you? You weren’t here on the first week of the class..” I said trying to open up a topic.
He nodded and sighed before he looks around as if looking for someone.
My forehead almost wrinkled.
Why is he looking for someone when I am in front of him? His attention should just be mine.
I cleared my throat and he turned to look at me again.
Good.
“Where is Sacha?” he asked and I pursed my lips.
I forgot that he and my sister are close friends.
I rolled my eyes at him and he raised his eyebrow at my reaction.
“Where else? Of course at the most boring place on the campus!” I said as I put my arms in front of my chest.
He frowned. Seems like he doesn’t like my answer.
“And where is it?”
“The library!” I said in an exaggerated tone, like what I have just said is so obvious!
His lips lifted a bit as if he is going to smile, then he nodded.
“Typical of her..” he said and I shrugged.
I just don’t want to talk about my sister.
“Where is your first class?” I asked him while smiling brightly
“There.” He said and he pointed out his building and that made me pout.
His building is far from mine.
I sighed.
“Oh.. Okay.. see you at lunch then.” I said sadly.
He looks at me as if he didn’t get what I meant so I rolled my eyes again.
Yes, even when I like him so much, I am still rolling my eyes at him. What can I do? It is a bad habit of mine.
“We will eat together at lunch remember? You, me, and Sacha!” I said and he just continued looking at me.
His face is blank, concealing his emotion.
“Or you don’t want to join us later?” I raised my eyebrow.
He nodded.
“I will join you and Sacha later.”
“Really?”
He gave me a blank look again then after a few seconds later he nodded again, then without a word he started to walk away.
“Roux!” I called him and he turned to look at me.
He actually looks bored and a little bit annoyed.
“It is not nice to walk away like that from a lady without saying goodbye!” I said as I bit my lips to stop myself from smiling.
His brows furrowed and I grinned at him.
“Bye Saoirse..” he said in a bored tone.
“See you later, Roux!” I giggled as I waved my hand like a shy lady and he just shook his head and turned his back on me before he started walking again.
Roux Dimitri is really one cold guy, but that made him more special! And that made me like him more.
I love challenges.. and he is the biggest challenge in my life right now.
And life without challenge is life a life without spice.
Boring.
I smiled while looking at Roux’s back.
Even his back looks gorgeous!
I look at my surroundings and students are looking at us curiously so I had to lift my eyebrow at them and they all look away.
Dream on B*tches, Roux will never give his attention to anyone aside from me and my sister.
I turned to go back to my next class, excited for lunchtime!
