Chapter 9. Offer

* Rea's POV*

Handsome, yes that's what I thought from the moment I saw him today, the whole time we were at my house I wanted to... touch him? Why? 

I'm going crazy these last few days... You know the two voices I mentioned earlier ... I even started dreaming of them. As two wolves, they spoke to me, told me that I'm meant to be with William.

Since when the f*ck do wolves speak? And how do they know about William, and why am I meant to be with him.

I mean, yeah, I'm very attracted to him, but if things wouldn't work, I wouldn't be like. Hey, Will, we must be together, I don't know why, but we must... Like ... girl, that just sounds stupid. Those two crazy wolves can go where the sun doesn't shine.

Anyway, we went to Rogo's. Anna appeared straight away.

' Hey , Rea , who's your friend over here ,is he new in town?' She asked.

' Hey, I'm just on a business trip here, we met ,and now we are here.' He interrupted while I was thinking of what to say. I just nodded smiling at her.

' Well then.. My name is Anna , any friend of Rea is mine as well .' She smiled at him.

Hmmm, no need to be this extra Anna.

Ohh Woah... Wait, what is this s**t? Is it... Jealousy? Since when and why.

' Anyway, Rea, as usual? ' I just nodded.

' And what would you like to order?' She turned to Will.

' Two burgers and a large coke .' 

'Okay.. will be back soon .' She turned and went to the kitchen. He turned to me.

'You really like this place, don't you? ' He asked smiling.

' I do , I mean it's simple ,and so welcoming , how can you not like something like this..' I said looking him in the eyes.

' I can't .' He said.

Is he. Is he flirting with me?

Cleared my throat.

' So , what kind of business are you doing? ' I asked him.

' My father is an owner of Ashton hotels line , and I'm basically just doing his biding right now, as well , soon I gonna take over so he's just letting me to warm up before giving all responsibility.' He said.

'Oh ,wow ,that's impressive , may I ask how old are you?' He smiled at me.

'Twenty five.. and you?' He asked with a raised eyebrow.

' He .. hmm, eighteen.' I told him uncomfortably. 

Oh sh... He's seven years older than me. But surprisingly, he looks like a twenty-year-old... I wish I could be like this at twenty-five... He noticed.

' Hey girl, no worries , age has no meaning for me ,by the way, I would love to have a little princess like you by my side...' He said. My cheeks began to warm up. Dammit.

' Okay ,so, if I may , why did your father waited all this time to give the company now?'  

' Because in his eyes I wasn't ready ,and now I'm .'

Anna came back with our order.

' Thank you Anna .'

' Enjoy .' She said smiling and went back to the kitchen. I turned back to him.

'And why is that so?'

' He just feels like that.'

'Ohhh.. okay.' I answered not knowing what else to say.

 We finished our food and walked to the cinema, found an unoccupied bench and sat on it ... 

Catch me if you can is running, love it, how comes I always appear in this cinema when something good is on. Maybe just a bit of luck. Or I'm just a fan of older movies. Like, girl.. some of these movies are filmed better than the ones of these days... Not speaking of special effect, well... maybe in some cases.

It's getting dark, cold as well... How could I forget my sweater?

Hugged myself to warm up a bit, he noticed.

' Wait.' He said and stood up, took off his jacket, and gave it to me.

' And what about you?' I asked because he's left only with a t-shirt.

 ' Oh.. I'll survive , I can't see you shivering and do nothing.' He said smiling at me.

'Thanks ' I said while putting it on, and then... then I smelled it, something so familiar, but I... I can't tell what it is.

'Remus!'  What the hell?

'We want Remus!'  Who the hell is Remus!? I turned to Will.

'Hey, it might sound stupid, but do you know what a word Remus means?' His eyes went wide.

' W.. why you ask?'

 Yeah ... why am I asking ...

' I don't know , I just heard this word somewhere .. I guess , and can't take it out of my mind.' I told him.

' No , sorry , I don't know what it means..' 

' Okay... Can we move now, I can't sit here knowing that it's getting colder and you are only in your t shirt.' 

From the reaction I received, I can bet that he knows something.. I'll find it out later.

' Yeah , sure.'

 We went back to his car, he brought me home. He stepped out of the car first and came to open the door for me.

' I told you it's not necessary .' I told him smiling.

' Thank you for today ' He said not minding what I just said.

' Can I hug you?' He asked.

' Sure ,since we gonna try making things work, I see no problem in that.' 

He hugged me gently and sniffed my hair?? I hugged him back, he's so warm...

' Thank you .' I said retreating from the hug. He just smiled.

Waved for him and went into the house...

* Remus POV* 

How dare he..!

I swear to moon goddess ... If this human of mine won't start doing stuff faster.

What the hell he means by saying he doesn't know my name ..?! My mates are calling for me and both of them are blind to f*cking see it.

I wanted to show up to her so damn much, but Will wouldn't let ... 

Moon Goddess, why are you doing this to me?

*Williams POV*

We spent a nice day together, she was so sweet, and her smell... It drives me crazy...

But how did she knew the name of my wolf? Maybe she's a witch?

Anyway, once at my suite, Jer was already in my living room.

' Hey Will, so... How did it go?'

' Perfect , she's going to study in Canada ,very close to where we live so there won't be any stoppers ...'

' Oh ,you got lucky.' He said.

' Yeah I know ..'

' Will , why does it look like you are not saying something?'

' Oh man... She asked if I know what a word Remus means..' His eyes went wide.

' But.. How?'

' I don't know Jer , but it seemed like she knows it just as a word, she said she heard it somewhere and can't get it out of her mind .'

'We need to find out who she is...' He said, I nodded.

*Lucy's POV*

I love that girl so much, but why the f*ck she has to be mated with one of those mutts ...

I remember the time when I was summoned by Rowena, I was just chilling in hell's dungeons, killing anyone I desired, and then boom, I hear someone is summoning me. 

I decided to give this witch what she want's, thinking that if I don't like what she offers, I can just kill her and move on...

But what she did ... It was the only thing I wanted... She offered me something that no other witch or sorcerer could ever give.

She offered me one life as a human, including all the human emotions and experience of dying in the end. Obviously, after that I'll go back to that shithole called hell. But... I wanted it so much, you know, one try to see how they live before coming down to be killed forever, primarily by me, because gates through which worst humans are thrown in are unguarded, king or anyone else over there, they don't give a s**t about humans, for them they are just useless rats who freak out the moment understand where they are, so just leave them be with the worst stuff all are afraid of, which they begin to see from the moment they step a foot on the ground. The only fun they find is supernatural beings coming down there. They torture them till they become useless marionettes, and even then, they continue, interested to see what cat in a bag can come out once any of them reach the breaking point ...

 From the day I was created, I was trapped in hell as a knight of Satan doing his bidding anytime he wanted. Yeah, he exists... What hell without Satan...

 Anyway, once I got so frustrated from being under someone's feet all the time, I just told him that I quit being his stupid sword, and from now on, I'll live by my rules.

He wasn't pleased about it, sent a lot of his idiots after, to capture me, but I killed them all and sent their damn pieces back to him. After ten thousand years, if I counted right. He kind of gave up. Well, there still is a bounty on my head, but that's a child's play, anyone who comes my way is f*cking dead.

Down there we don't have time, it's always almost evening, you know when it just started to get dark but never does... So you are always in this grayish smokey place, and wherever you go, those morons are torturing someone. 

To sum it all up, it's a f*cked up place to go to.

So, the witch promised me a life if I gonna protect one girl, well, not completely one, she is three in one, Rea, her wolf, and another wolf, a Lycan, she's fifth of her kind and will have some vital role in her lifetime. Still, till then, I must guard her at all times, and I did. I killed a couple of witches, demons, even angels who came too close and felt that something is up with that girl, but I fixed it straight away...

 In the end, or beginning, call it whatever you want, I find out that she's mated to a damn werewolf. I hate them so much, they're damn dogs, just with a gift of speaking, that's all I see... But still, they have a chance to come back after their human dies and live another life here, in this beautiful, full of greenery and life world. I just wonder... Why the hell demons can't have it like this, werewolves are not the best ones as well...

I bet you wonder why they didn't feel my presence? Well, it all has to do with the deal I made with Rowena. Basically, she gave me a life of a thirteen-year-old who was sick and almost dead already, so when the time came, I occupied her without possessing the soul that was already gone and just overtaking her body. Her parents were thrilled she survived ( well, not quietly), and I just needed to pretend like I'm her while keeping my powers as a demon; they are just hidden from everybody else to see. The witch left them for me so I could protect Rea if needed...
