Leona POV My eyes fluttered open to meet the sunlight crawling through the curtains, it was way too bright for how exhausted I was feeling while still laying on the bed. I sat up slow, rubbed my eyes. I was so tired that I didn't recall how I slept off. My pillow was damp. Ugh, had I been crying in my sleep again? I drag myself to have my morning shower, let the water burn hot over my skin, jolting me fully awake. I stare at the tiles while the steam fogs up everything. I couldn't help but still feel the weird cold inside me. At least here, with the water running loud, I don't have to hear my thoughts. My hands was a bit unstable when I got dressed for school. Tried to comb my messy hair, my eyes were still feeling foggy as I looked at the mirror. Then I realized my neck was empty.
