The simple building filled quickly with rural Bolivian peasants. Jenkins interviewed people in Spanish and filmed their reactions. The lens focused and panned around the room. Villagers took their seats. Mothers carried babies in wicker baskets, which they lined up along the side wall, and left them to sleep.
