THIRTEEN D’ANDRE WALKER was flying and strapped onto Steve Arkin's back. Over the east river, over the skyscrapers, it was a quick trip, but his whole body went weak and shook. Trapped between the sun and the hard city landscape below, this was almost too much for him. His hands kept jittering. Steve dropped right down in the middle of the amusement park.
