Assist

"Well, let's get your s**t then," Xander huffed, heading over to my open suitcase and picking up a pair of my panties, "Nice..." I lunged at him and grabbed my undergarments, punching him on the arm, "I hope you're a big boy and I don't have to assist you too much." Xander smirked, narrowing his eyes, "Baby, I am a very VERY big boy and I am certain you'll assist me like a good girl should." "Xander," Seb pinched the bridge of his nose, "Can you—just this once—shut the f**k up?" He turned to me, "Sorry." I shook my head, "I don't get him.." Xander strolled out with one of my suitcases, "Is he just constantly,-" "He's just Xander," Q smiled and walked passed me with another bag, "We'll be sure to get your money back for the week." "How? I can't..." I told them, "I am paid up for the month." Seb had walked out already and I was curious to know where he was. I watched him go into the front office and come out with some money. "Here," He handed me the wad of bills, "I am sure you have a bank account, but it's nice to have cash on you, too." "H-how...?" I took the money and thanked him, "Did you,-" Xander started the car, "All they needed to know is that he's a Calhoun." Once again, I found myself stuffed in the middle of Hudson and Seb. This time, there wasn't much talking and Xander drove the speed limit. Sebastian turned to me and smiled. "You'll be working underneath Cheryl and Clive, but Maggie pretty much performs a lot of the duties that you'll be doing now." I panicked, "I don't want to take over someone's job." "She's needed help for a while, so it's fine," Seb assured me, "You get weekends and holidays off and obviously time off for yourself. There is a uniform requirement for everyday duties and another for special occasions. " Xander chuckled, "Yeah, my d**k is getting hard just thinking about you in a French maid's outfit. " Q punched him in the arm, causing Xander to swerve. "That's s****l harassment, asshole, and IN THE WORKPLACE." Sebastian nodded, "She's gotta point." "Yeah, I saw two very nice perky points of hers already. " I sighed, "Just take me back to the motel. I can't deal with the sleaze bag." "I'm sorry," Xander blurted out as Q burned holes into his face with a glare that would kill. He wasn't sorry and he wasn't finished. I knew that. "It's late so if you need anything, there's a fully stocked kitchen in your corridor." Seb told me, "You'll be lodged in the same room... " "Why aren't I going to stay in the guest houses with the others?" I cut him off. I waited for Xander to say something perverted, but his grin spoke volumes. "In case we need you at any specific time. " Xander coughed, "Bonus pay after hours.. " After hours. Arriving back at the estate, I still couldn't believe this was happening. "Maggie's here and so are Clive and Cheryl," Q said as we rounded the long driveway, parking just shy of the front door. This time, two men stepped out of the home and assisted me with my luggage. "Patrick and Chris," Q nodded, "This is Sabrina Brewster. She'll be working under Maggie." Xander brushed by me, "Or under me..." This man was going to tear me up. It was late, but Maggie, Patrick and Chris escorted me to my room, along with the Quads who kept conversing about my work detail and living arrangements. "Clive and Cheryl are already down the hall in their room.. You'll meet them in the morning," Maggie told me, "They're married and a bit older, but the sweetest couple. " "We'll walk through the estate tomorrow," Seb told me, "Let you get used to the place and then you can start on Monday." "And don't think we're giving you special treatment," Hudson smiled, "We do this for all new employees." I smiled, "I didn't think that at all." Quinn nodded, "What he means is that we want you to trust us and all of this. You can ask around if you want." I shook my head, "You can pay them to say anything." "There's going to be a lot of trust issues, I guess," Q frowned. "What do you expect? The four of you haven't been nice to me at all until this last week," I reminded them. That silence again. I couldn't help but picture them piling on top of me as I lie naked in my bed at their mansion. Not like I hadn't pictured it a million times before, but I didn't have them like this. Then there was Xander. Xander who'd said I was hot while the others looked me up and down like they were surprised at what they'd seen in that bathroom. What was really happening here? Why was Greer so skittish around the boys? I mean, everyone knew that the Calhoun's and a few other families basically owned the town, but he was being weird–and not typical Greer weird. The grandfather clock in the corridor struck midnight and because I didn't turn into a pumpkin, this was really real. "Well, I guess we'll see you in the morning," Q said as Patrick and Chris followed Xander and Hudson back down the stairs. "Yeah, I'm a little overwhelmed right now so sleep is something I need," I smiled, yawning. Sebastian tugged at Q's shirt as they said their good nights and Maggie and I were left in the hallway. "Listen, this is too weird for me. Am I in danger?" I asked, bluntly. Maggie smiled, "Of course not. The Calhoun's are harmless. Rest up. Big day tomorrow." "Goodnight." Bullied for three years, but the Calhoun's are harmless. Right.... I did eventually fall asleep, but so help me God if a knock at my door didn't wake me up at 3 am. "Yes?" I called from the warmth of the bed, "Who is it?" "Your future f**k buddy." Xander. I crawled out of bed, grabbing my shoe because it's the only weapon I could find. Lucky me. "What do you want?" I asked before even attempting to open the door, "I am sleeping." "Just open the door. This is bonus hour." Bonus hour? Oh my God....what did he want me to do? I slowly opened the door and peeked out. He pointed at my sneaker, "Are you into rough foreplay?" I sighed and chucked the shoe across the room. His muscular body came into view, no shirt and swim trunks? "Let's go swimming," He smiled. "Are you high?!"I asked him. "No, I want to go swimming and I want you to go with me." "I can't swim," I lied. "I know you can," He laughed, "I've seen you at the gym with Tina." "I don't have a suit anymore." "I happen to have a suit for you," He dangled a two piece suit in my face, "Don't worry. No one's ever worn it." "Why do you have it?" "Emergency use like right now." This man....This man was going to be the death of me. "Come on! It's heated," He wiggled his eyebrows. "Can't you go alone? Or get one of your brothers?" "I want YOU to swim with me, Sabrina, not them." "What is the bonus for me swimming with you—no strings?" "200." "Dollars?" "Yes." "How long?" "An hour." I sighed. I was so exhausted, but I liked to swim and he said no strings, right? "Give me the money," I demanded. He smirked at me, handing over two hundred dollars bills and the suit. "I'll be right back." I closed the door, shoving the cash into my bag and changing into the bathing suit. That eerie feeling of being watched was upon me again and when I swung open the door half-expecting Xander to be gone or peeping through a hole in the wall, he was leaned up against the opposite wall, his ripped arms folded across his chest. "Looks good on you," He winked. "Don't touch me," I warned. "If you say so..." I hated that I wanted him to touch me, but I had to stand my ground. This was business, not pleasure. Right?
