Dylan couldn't even work properly again at the office. His father was brimming fire and brimstone, threatening to disown him now. The fact that Dylan couldn't even bring a wife home after hosting a party on his behalf even got him more angry. Tindel was at loss on what to do now . He had already run out of options and ideas.he obeys his father a lot and hates to get him angry. He had never seen or heard of his father being this angry before. Even vixy had to come pay him a visit because the heat at Los Angeles was becoming unbearable for everyone. No one had seen father that angry before. “ You know Cheryl still loves you and wants you back” vixy pleaded. Cheryl and vixy had been best friends even before Dylan met Cheryl. “ Vixy please, I have a lot on my plate already and if you came here on behalf of Cheryl..you can as well use the door” Dylan said angrily. “ You of all people should know I don't go back to my ex” . He continued. “ I know but Cheryl is an exception. Please brother.i knew from the moment you were unable to pick a woman from the party dad organized….you still had a thing for Cheryl” she pleaded.. Dylan was supposed to be supper mad at her now but he burst into laughter . There was no difference between Cheryl and the ladies that had attended that party. Cheryl was after his money as well and he was so damn sure she enjoyed the relationship while it lasted. Cheryl knew that he never dates a girl for more than three months. she was well aware of that. She was trying to use his sister to get back to him. He was going to give Cheryl a chance since she was related to his sister. He thought Cheryl would later end up being his last and only woman in his life . He thought she was going to prove his theory that all girls were gold diggers wrong but the reverse was the case .he must have been a clown to even think that Cheryl was better off than the girls he ever met. No girl was different.they were all the same. “ Has Cheryl ever told you the reason why we broke up” Dylan asked his sister. “ No, Not really. She just told me it was a little misunderstanding that caused the riff between the both of you” vixy replied unperturbed. “ ohh ! …Little misunderstanding indeed …. And you never cared to ask her what the misunderstanding was all about. You must be a clown as well” Dylan said arranging his desk. He loves his desk being neat all the time and hates scattering files across the table. Vixy squeezed her face at being called a clown. “ Don't call me a clown”. She said……and I'm off. I want to go see the surgeon. I shouldn't let my trip to San Francisco go to waste … should I ?.. she continued while arranging her dress. Dylan just stared at her not knowing what to say to her at all. “ Vi….” ….. “ don't tell me she cut him off. …. I know “ she said….” He's always very busy and barely has time for himself not to talk of someone else” . Dylan said. “ Well, if he has a little thing for me in his heart . He won't leave me stranded but if he does I'll be on my way to Paris to keep on judging cases” she said with a hopeful smile. He felt extremely bad for his sister. He had done everything possible to make her move on from Tindel but she just would budge . He didn't want to hook them up he wanted the chemistry to happen on it's own. Not that he believes in love anyway. He had concluded that love was for jobless people.
Tindel was surprised to see vixy. He never expected it . He dropped everything he was doing and offered to show her the whole of San Francisco. Vixy was very happy. Now she had confirmed that at least Tindel had a thing for her. He even offered for her to sleep over in his house but she declined as she had cases to attend to the next day. Vixy wished she could spend the rest of her life with him from there on but there was always work calling out to her . “ Hey vee.. I enjoyed my day with you” . Vixy was astonished. Only mum called her that no one else ever did. Vixy looked at him with so much love and affection. “ I ..I…..I… enjoyed my… my day too” she stammered. She just didn't want to embarrass herself in front of the love of her life. They bade each other good bye. Tindel couldn't understand this tingling feeling he felt after spending some time with vixy. Then he remembered the girl he had bumped into in front of the coffee shop that day . He wondered why he was comparing the both of them. Besides he didn't even know the girl . She might even be a serial killer . He decided to stop thinking about the both girls and go back to work.
Dylan was finding it difficult to work this days. He was either thinking of his father's fury or the girl he met in the coffee shop. He was unable to focus now. He was to thinking when an idea suddenly popped up from his head . Girls from the upperclass society would not want to get divorced if he eventually got married to one …but this coffee shop girl would be easy to divorce and besides, from the investigations he carried out on her …. She needed money desperately and would do literally anything to get money. He needed a wife whom he could easily divorce at the end of the day while she needed money he had lots of it to spend so far she was willing to sign a contract with him besides that was what all women wanted after all. All he had to do was just find her wherever she was besides she was his full spec
So he prepared and got ready to go to the coffee shop .
