I found myself questioning the nature of our relationship. Initially, he had made it clear that he didn't want any strings attached, but his behavior lately suggested otherwise. He was acting like a jealous boyfriend, and I didn't like it. The way he glared at me when I was near other guys was unsettling. He didn't want me to be close to anyone else, which was unrealistic and suffocating. When I tried to reason with him, he became defensive. "You didn't see us do anything out of the ordinary, I don't see why you're upset," I said, trying to calm him down. But he was beyond consolation. His eyes narrowed, and his voice took on a menacing tone. "You did nothing out of the ordinary, damn it! Alicia, that bastard held your hand." I felt a surge of frustration. Why was he being so possessive?
