Chapter Seven Nerves flutter into life now we're in the flat. I want to be with Elias, more than anything, but something about the time apart has made me worry that things won't be as simple between us anymore. It's ridiculous when nothing happened. It wasn't even that much time. But none of that information is helping me work through the anxiety. "Is everything all right, Harper?" Elias asks as he walks into the room from the small kitchenette.
