today was another day i was really stressed out how can she do that to me. this is really messed up i had a restless sleep thinking about this whole situation 

-get ready buddy we have to leave soon. i hear john calling for me.

i get ready and  go to this doctor  john pays for everything at the doctors office.

'kelvin the doctor will see you now. the nurse says i get up  and start following her thinking john was going to follow me back.

-I'm just going to wait here for you ok.  john says I'm sure he wants to give me some privacy.

i get to the doctors office and get in and sit down.

- now tell me what happed young man why are you in today.

'well this is going to sound really weird. last night i slept with this girl with no condom and she told me afterwards that she is hiv positive and that i should go to the doctor. this i straight out depressing just talking about it.

- it a good thing you came here after it happened. i have to take a hiv test to make sure you don't have it then I'm going to put you on PEP it an  hiv antiviral drug that will flush out any hiv in your body if it taken before the 72 hours. 

-ok thank you. he started taking my blood and it took accouple of minutes for the results to be out. i was a nervous rack  

-well you still hiv negative. here are the pills you have to take one everyday for the next 28 days. and it very important you take them on the same time everyday for the next 28 day once they are finished. you have to come back to do some blood work. if you sill hiv negative then i would suggest you start taking PREP they are pills that prevents hiv . if your partner has it. 

'thank you so much doctor, I'm happy i can put this aside me.

-see you  after 28 day.

i went out and found john flirting with the nurse this guy really loves p***y. 

' can we go man.

- you disturbing me man.

'you will find me in the car man. i just left him there. i have a lot of s**t in my mind right now. i have assignments and test due this whole week on top of that i have to set up an alarm for the next 27 days to make sure I'm taking these dam pills everyday just because i thought with my d**k and not my brain .

-so what happed man ?

i tell him what happed while we drive back to the dom.

- i guess i should also take this PREP so ill be safe even if the condom breaks. these things happen man i once heard a guy removed a condom without the girls consent and had s*x with her raw  without her knowing and she realized when when the guy left that he removed it while she told him she was not on the pill. the guy just didn't care.

'that really messed up, people need to be more responsible. and learn to take other peoples feelings into consideration. and stop being selfish. it my health too on the line it just not a joke. i have a lot of s**t on my mind now i have to add one last thing to worry about.

-i know man let get in the dom and get our school work done so we can get ready for the night.

' ok cool man let me call my mother.

-kelvin uwena lowo? [is that you ]

'bajabulile. ngiyabonga kakhulu mntanami[ they are happy thank you my child]

- so buye sikhulume mah mele ngihambe[ will talk soon mom i have to go]. 

i disconnected the call. what ever i am doing it all worth it for my family. i cant help but be happy about hearing my mom happy and not waiting for my degree to be finished to start helping them.

let me start my school work so i can sleep by 2pm so i can be fresh for my time at the club first it 10am let me take my first pill and set my phone to tell me every day to take my pills.

it defiantly going to be a log day before my shift at the club.
