While looking at each other, Jessie and Ashton exchanged serious glances. After they decided to discuss an important matter.
“What is the reason behind Kiara's crying last night?
Why did she come running away from you?” Jessie asked as she rested her hands on the table as she leaned forward.
“I learned about her past from her.
I'm not sure why she ran away in that manner,” Ashton replied.
Screaming in shock, Jessie jumped from her seat. “What!” she exclaimed. Every head in the cafe turned toward them.
