Third Person Point Of View:
Ashton decided to call Derek after leaving Kiara's flat. He wanted to know what happened last night after seeing Jessie's condition.
He knows his friend is a good and rational person but when it comes to Jessie he becomes a child, who has to win at any cost.
He remembers their fight at the hospital and how they appeared in front of him. He can’t forget that incident. He sighed as he remembered a few more disagreements they had.
He fears that the same might have happened last night. So, to know the truth he has to talk with Derek.
He reached for his phone and dialled Derek's number.
The call was not answered by him. After trying again, he received the same response.
“Why doesn't he answer my calls?” Ashton murmured to himself.
