MOONLIT CONFESSION ~NATHANIEL'S POV~ The underwater restaurant was everything the resort had promised – tables surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass walls with tropical fish swimming past like living art. But I couldn't focus on the view or the five-star meal. All I could see was Tessa. She'd changed into a flowing white dress that made her look ethereal in the blue-tinted light. Her hair fell in loose waves over her shoulders, still slightly damp from our afternoon in the water, and when she smiled at something I said, my chest did that stupid fluttering thing again. "This is incredible," she said, watching a sea turtle glide past our table. "It's like dining in an aquarium." "Without the screaming children and sticky floors," I agreed, making her laugh. "You don't like children?"
