“Dad,i am shifting Emily to the hospital tomorrow.The doctor said it’s better for her to stay there so they can monitor her 24 hours.”Dad says looking at grandpa.
I look at dad and then back at my plate.
Has her condition worsened?Didn’t the doctor just check her this evening?
“Whats that got to do with me?”Grandpa asks not even glancing at him,just focusing on his food.
Mom and dad share a glance before dad hesitantly continues.“I am going to country Y tomorrow morning to search for a doctor.”
Grandpa drops his fork in his plate and frowns looking at dad.“What doctor?”
“I talked with Director Jamson today.He said that the medical facilities in country Y are more advance than ours.If we are lucky then Emily might get back her voice.”Dad says lowly,looking cautious.
