“Eden, you’re ready?” Levi asked.
“Yes!”
We were going to Levi’s parents’ house. Said his father had to go to the US and his mother wanted to accompany him so Sapphira would be alone. Levi always came home every month and if his parents had to leave and no one would take care of Sapphira.
I couldn’t believe I was about to meet his parents. In less than a month I started to live with Levi. No, he was not going to introduce me as his girlfriend or something. He took me with him because he didn’t want to leave me alone. And I didn’t want to be by myself in his house.
