“Rise and shine, baby girl,” that sinister voice said as I struggled to open my eyes. “Don’t worry, my dear. You’re not dead yet. Well, technically you are, but you get the idea.” I finally opened my eyes. Blurry at first and the first thing I saw was the hard rock on the ground. Everything around me was burning red and it was hot. Even the air was humid I hardly breathe. “There you are.” As I was focusing on his voice, I looked forward and found the cold blue eyes were staring at me intensely. Chuckling, “Does this bring back memories?” he asked. “The first time you were sent down here. The poor and lost soul who was unfortunate enough to be here. Had you didn’t kill yourself and faced the brutal reality, you will still be there,” he added.
