I woke up in my bed, in my cell. The clock on my desk said it was eight at night. My stomach growled. I haven't eaten since last night. I stretch and feel a slight pain in my arm and leg. I looked down to see a scab forming over a small entry wound on my bicep. There was another one on my forearm and thigh. The memories from the events of earlier flash through my head.
I felt sick all over again as the sound of that poor girl's neck snapping played in my head. I ran to the bathroom but all that came up was stomach bile. I washed my mouth and dried my face and walked back to bed. I climbed under the sheets and sobbed. I don't know how long I was there, but I eventually fell back asleep.
