I was floating, happy and I could see Dante at a distance. He was playing with a small boy. At some point he lifted the boy and threw him in the air and caught him.
It's like he could sense my eyes on him. He put down the boy, who ran to an older lady.

I was deep into my work when someone just walked into my office
"Hello" she said cheerfully.
She didn't even wait for a response, she proceeded to Dante's office.
"Excuse me you can't go in there."
I followed behind her.
"Dante!" She said excited. I saw a smile on his face as he left his desk and gave her a big hug.
She was beautiful. Her hair reached her back and it was shiny as a hair product model. She was slim with the perfect figure. She looked like a model. I was intimidated by her.
"You can leave us." I heard Dante speak but his eyes were locked with hers. They were smiling at each other like lost lovers. I looked at them for a moment longer but they seemed lost in each other.
I went back to my desk with a lot on my mind.
Was I been used?
Was that his girlfriend?
I went to my computer and typed Dante's name. I then went to images of him with dates. I continued to scroll until I found them.
I clicked on links to articles about them.
"Cancel my appointments for the rest of the day."
I looked up at him and in that moment I wanted to cry.
Her arm was looped with his and that's not all. I saw a lipstick mark on his cheek, the same color as the one she was wearing.
I looked into his eyes, trying so hard to hide the hurt and disappointment I was feeling.
He told me to go home. And I watched him walk away without sparing me a glance.
