Episode 3

He went out and came back after an hour and knocked on my door . He was holding a package .

He handed over the bag to me . I thought that I couldn't touch them , so I asked him to place the bag on the table . He found me strange and gazed at me curiously .

He went out of my sight . I opened the bag and found the new clothes for me . He actually bought clothes for me .

The strange thing is , I can actually touch things and hold clothes .

I decided to change into new clothes .

He bought me a very beautiful white dress that tempted me to try on . So I wore that dress and went out of my room to show him and ask how I looked .

I slowly walked out and reached near the couch . He was lying on the couch and watching TV . I went and stood in front of the TV and asked him, " how do I look ? "

First he got irritated at first and looked at me . His expression reveals a kind of attraction towards me .

" Obviously normal . Why the heck are you blocking TV? Go to your room and wear some normal clothes " , he said .

I was shock . Do men really react in this way !

Amazing experience with the very first man in my life .

I wish I could meet my new ghost friends .

After a minute , they appeared in front of me .

" Guys , how come you are here ? " I asked them .

" Why not . We are ghosts , after all " , they said .

" What's up with you, Selina ? Having fun with your boyfriend ? " They asked me .

" Of course not . He is not my boyfriend, and he is not funny either " , I replied .

He suddenly came and pushed the door forcefully and looked at me strangely .

My friends were there with me, and I was worried that he might see them too . But to my surprise, he couldn't see them . They are invisible to him, but why me ?

" Who are you talking to ? " He asked me .

" No one, sir . I'm actually discussing something with myself " , I said .

" You can also discuss things with me . Don't be bored . You can converse with me " , he said .

My friends were laughing and saying some naughty stuff .

" Sure sir . Thanks " , I said .

" Do you want to have dinner ? " He asked me .

" No sir . You can have it . I'm not hungry " , I replied .

" Okay " , he said and left .

" I can't have food ; how can I manage it " , I asked my friends .

" True , we also tried, but it's not possible . You need to possess someone's body to have your food " , Jenny said .

" But it's not that easy either . You need the courage to do that and the one you want to possess must have a weak soul too . So that only you can possess " , Rohan said .

" Okay . I'll try hard to find one " , I said .

" Guys , please stay with me " , I asked them .

" No dear . We also want to find someone to possess to enjoy ourselves . We don't know when we will depart from this earth " , Jenny said .

I didn't reply anything but saw them leave .

I couldn't sleep. I couldn't eat but can touch him and talk to him . Who is he ? Why is it happening to us ?

I don't have any clue . What will happen if he finds me as a soul ?

I went out to explore the world around me . I couldn't find any from the very first day of my exploration.

I return to the house and went into his room . He was sleeping like a baby . I felt some connection with him while I was continuously watching him . What would that be ? I have seen him somewhere ! It seemed very close to my attention, but I couldn't recognize him yet .

I want to dig the details about him , so I started to search his house . I found his interest in photography and painting . He loves to explore the new phases of nature . How could he even shoot a tornado ! Crazy man .

Seems like a philanthropic personality and nature lover too, but now a fan of the law . I found his certificate framed and placed it on the wall .

This made me shocked . There is no doubt about the feeling that I have seen him somewhere .

Yes , he also studied at the same college that I went . He was actually my super senior . But I don't have any personal connection with him, even during our college days . Why are these things happening to us then?

Crazy days ahead . Does he know me ?

There must be some mystery behind me . Does it have a link with my previous birth? That must be possible in the movies only, I guess . He was moving slightly in his sleep , so I decided to go to my room before he saw me around there .

I went out of his room and tried to explore other areas of his house .

I found a room that must have been his secret or private space . Should I enter into this room or should I restrict myself from entering here?

While I was in dilemma , I heard a voice that scared me to death . But yeah, I was actually dead .

He came and shouted, " what are you doing here ? "

" Nothing, I can't fall asleep . So I just wanted to roam around " , I said .

" This is not your place to roam . Go to your room right now " , he commanded me .

" As this place is new to me , I can't sleep . I'm sorry for the inconvenience " , I said .

" Don't worry . Come , let's go to your room " , he held my hand and took me to my room .

He asked me to lie on the bed and covered me with the blanket and held my hand and said to sleep well .

i woke up at 8'o in the morning . I actually fell asleep . But how ?

I was totally surprised . What's happening to me ?

" Come on out " , he shouted and knocking on the door .

I went and opened the door .

He was leaning on the wall and folding his hands and looking at my eyes and said , " did you sleep well ? "

" Yeah . I did " , I answered . His voice made me suspicious .

" Let's have breakfast . I can't accommodate you all the time . I'm doing it because it's your first time here " , he said .

" No problem . Thanks. I'll have food later . You can have be alone " , I said .

" You can have breakfast with me " , he held my hand again and took me to the dining table .

He asked me to sit and served me breakfast .

I can't eat . He will definitely find out now . I became tensed . He was glaring at me suspiciously . I have no other option but to hold the spoon and have the food . To my surprise, I can actually eat .

Whenever he touches me , I get the features just like a normal human . Who is he ?

We had food together, and he handed me a case file . He asked me, " go through the case details and follow it up with clues and finish the total case. Once you are done , let me know every minute detail about it and explain to me how to deal with the case in court . "

" Okay " , I said .

As I have nobody to restrict myself from roaming freely , I can find the clues and exact truth very easily . This will be an advantage to him .

He was about to leave the house ; I stopped him and asked for his name .

" I'm Himanshu " , he said .

That is a beautiful name he has . He left the office and I remained in the house .

I opened the file and studied it until he returned home .

I tried to act, like sleeping, just to pretend that I'm a human too, but he found me very easily that I was not sleeping .

" I have seen you while falling on the file to pretend that you were sleepy . Will you please wake up and tell me what's up ? " He asked me .

I woke up and looked at him angrily .

" Don't you get freshed up before you hear my explanation on the case ? " I said .

He glared at me romantically and pointed his index finger to say okay and wait .

I was tensed because it was my first case to deal in real . So I revised my points to explain it clearly .

He went out of his room by rubbing his hair with the towel . His messy hair makes me like a statue and I continuously look at him . Do I have a heart too now ? I turned my head away from his direction while he was coming close to me . He grabbed a chair and sat closely in front of me . I couldn't look in to his eyes and turn the papers continuously . He asked me , " tell me now . "

I raised my head and looked at him . His brows were moved up as the gesture of what .

I closed my eyes and remembered myself as a lawyer .

Now , I will begin to talk about the case . " It was about a husband and wife harassment case . The wife complained to her husband that he was harrassing her, but our client is the husband, saying that she was the one harrassing me and looking for my money to settle and divorce . She is also cheating on her husband " , I started .

" How will you solve it now ? " Himanshu asked me .

" I wanted to inquire about the client first and talk about every minute issues between them and want to collect the clues to prove him not guilty " , I said .

" Give me the list of your questions then . I will inquire him " , he said .

" Yeah . I'll prepare them in a while . You can proceed with this case from tomorrow " , I said .

" Wait , what if I have a doubt about your questions ? " He asked me .

" Do you want me to come with you ? " I asked him .

" That is a good idea . In that case , I'll appoint you as my assistant " , he said.

" Assistant ? Okay sir . " I said and laughed .

He also smiled at me, but there was some suspicious scenario in his smile .

Unknowingly, we got up suddenly at once and touched our heads .

" I'm sorry " , I said .

" You better watch " , he said aggressively .

" You too, Sir ", I said sarcastically .

He turned back and looked at me and turned in front again .

He came to me and gave me a pack to open . It was a mobile phone . Wait , I actually touch the phone as well . Everything seemed different .

He gave me his number and saved my number too, with the name Assistant . I raised my lips in shock . He considered me as his assistant .

I went back to my room after having dinner together . I was in shock about how I could touch things when I was with Himanshu .

My ghost friends arrived again, and we started to discuss a few things in their about lives . Meanwhile, I showed them my phone by holding it with my hands . They also got shocked and asked me to give it to them . Jenny tried holding it, but she couldn't make it . Rohan also tried, but it wasn't possible for them . Then why is it for me ? I told them that I could actually eat too . They got suspicious and tried to find why it is happening to me . To our surprise , Himanshu opened my door suddenly though it was locked, and looked at my friends and said "hello guys ."
