Garrou had just finished his steak and was leaning back into the soft cushioning of the corner booth his party sat in, savoring the aftertaste of his meal, and enjoying the light buzz he had going after his third glass of wine. The only thing that would have made this dinner better is if he could be smoking a cigar at that moment.
