“All right, everyone,” Jimmy said once the much-depleted staff was assembled for the meeting, “let’s get this started. We have a lot of work to do to continue Sim’s legislative vision, and this is going to be like switching horses midstream: hard, but not impossible. We’ve had a horrible loss, yes, but I want us to build off that incredible energy we had at the retreat before… well, before we left.
