THE EVE OF MATURITY

I had a short night out of anxiety, my head was heavy, but my dream was awesome and I wish to tell someone about it.?

The alarm rang the second time, I shouldn't be late to class on the first day of lecture. It was 6:00 am, I was so anxious of the glorious day ahead, being my first day as student in a y

university.

My parents really wanted the best of me so they got me a self-contained apartment near the school gate, it was really big enough for three students but my parents wanted me to be alone to avoid being distracted by other students character.

I went into the kitchen to prepare something for breakfast.

"where should we start from," I questioned myself, still confused,I don't even know what to cook.?

I took the pot, set the gas cooker on fire then continue to stare at the pot on the cooker, I was trying to remember the next step to prepare rice concoction.?

I poured water into the pot then added rice.

" I hope this get well," ?I said to myself as I headed back to my room.

"You shouldn't have left the kitchen," my spirit whispered to me but I didn't reply.

I took my phone and started chatting my old friends,

"Hey damsel," I saw a message from a strange person.

"Hi," I replied hopping to hear further from him.

"I saw you yesterday at the registration department, your beauty got my attention, I was so glad to see you on f*******:, I really wish to be a friend, " ?? I was was excited thinking it was the guy I stepped on, I quickly clicked on his profile to check his picture, ??‍♀️, what mess, he was so black and ugly.

"what kind of misfortune is this early in the morning, "??I said within myself after replying him with " okay, "

I didn't even know how I got to remember that I was cooking."OMG??‍♀️," The whole house is already filled with smoke, I ran furiously into the kitchen but I was too late?. It was half burnt.

"hehehehehe ???," the spirit taunted me.

"that's one consequence of disobedient," he continued. I was so upset, it was too late to prepare another one.

I was so sad, I wrapped myself in my fluffy towel, went straight to that bathroom, rinsed myself with water..

In few minutes I was set for lecture, I scrapped the better portion of the food and left the house in outrage.

Wow!, what a pleasant place to be, the class was so beautiful, I stood dumbstruck watching the whole environment. Cuz of my hight, the front seat is the best place for me.

Some where busy talking while some where seated gently like I was.

A man went on stage, he was dressed in suit, I didn't look at his face at first.

"Attention please. Good morning everyone, I'm sorry for the interruption, it wasn't a nice idea to make noise at this moment, please let's try to adjust ourselves,thanks," wow what a nice speech, everywhere became still while he was talking.

I looked up to his eyes, I couldn't believe it, it was him, I wanted to jump off my chair to hug him but I had to calm myself so that I won't disgrace my ancestors..
