Chapter 2

Aaron and Olivia

Olivia P O V

I got up from the bed and went down to have breakfast, there I saw Aaron was sitting at the dining table alone I smiled. I think dad left for work as I got very late while talking to Charlotte and Elize.

I reached the dining table “hey good morning” I said with a big smile “good morning to you too sweetheart come here” he said and moved his chair a bit away from the dining table and then he tapped his legs I went and sat on his lap and wrapped my arms around his neck.

Aaron immediately held my waist and buried his face in my hair “I missed you” He said to me “me too” I said to him “why did you lock the door of your room when I was not even home yet because of you I had to sleep alone” he said in a complaining tone

“well you came home very late and because of us sleeping together I have developed a habit of locking the door even when I am sleeping alone” I told him he brought his face out of my hair and then he stared at me “did you came home very late” I asked him while caressing his hair “yes and I have to go now I was just waiting for you to come down so that I could see you before going as we couldn’t meet last night” he said

and moved my hair from my shoulder and he started to drop soft kisses on my neck “I love you” I said to him “I love you too forever” he said. I hope our love stay's forever he stopped kissing my neck and then he again looked at me “so what’s your plan now as it’s already nine so I don’t think you will go to the hospital now” he said I nodded “I am going to Elize’s house” I said to him

and he had an annoying expression on his face “what happened” I asked him “nothing” he said in an annoyed tone “I saw how your mood got ruined when I said that I am going to Elize’s house” I said to him in a same annoyed tone “why you and Charlotte like to go there so much... even I need your time” he said to me “because we enjoy there with Elize and her kids and I am always with you" I said to him

“ok fine get up I am getting late for work,” he said with a smile and I got up from his lap and then he got up from his seat “should I drop you at Elize’s place,” he asked “No I have to take a shower, get ready and have breakfast then I will leave you will get more late for work so you go,” I said to him

and he wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him and place his lips on mine and I kept my hand on his shoulder. He was sucking my upper lip and I was sucking his lower lip he pulled me more closer his body was touching mine, he bit my lip I moaned in between the kiss and he slipped his tongue in my mouth we both were kissing each other passionately

and I broke the kiss but Aaron didn’t stop he started to kiss my throat and then dropped wet kisses on my neck, he was sucking, biting and licking my skin and I am sure he must have given me hickies I moaned his name “A-A-Aaron” “Aaron stop or you will get more late for work" I said to him and then he stopped what he was doing

and looked at me with so much of love he kissed my forehead

and we hugged each other “do lock the door” he said and then he left. I locked the main door and I went back to my room I took a shower and then I came back to the dining table and saw that Aaron and dad had left nothing for me.

I will go to Elize’s house and eat there I took my car keys from the key wall holder and got out of the house and locked the door, and sat inside the car Aaron helped me to overcome my fear of driving, and once he was sure that I am comfortable with driving. Then Aaron brought this car for me on my twenty-third birthday when I was done with my university.

I sat in the car and left for Elize’s house. I reached there and parked my car and rang the doorbell one of the workers opened the door “is Elize at home” I asked the worker as usually, Elize is the one to open the door the workers open the door when she is not in the house or when she is busy with her children.

I came inside the house and the worker said “ma’am is at home but” before she could complete her sentence I said “I know she must busy with her children” I said and then I went to Elize’s room to meet her.

There I saw Tessa was in Elize’s lap and she was chewing a toy “my princess are you fine now” she was asking that from Tessa with a smile and Tessa laughed I want this with Aaron and I hope I get it “hi” I said and entered the room “hi” Elize said “how is Tessa now” I asked her “well she is fine I send a worker to get the teething toy so now she is fine” she said “come hold her” she said

and I held Tessa in my arms “you sit here I have to see Ethan” she said in a low tone “you don’t look good something happened” I asked her in a worried tone “We will talk later once Charlotte comes at night” she said “I am hungry I didn’t eat anything” I said to her “wait I will make something for you” she said and left the room.

In these eight years, Elize has learned to cook very well. Then I started to play with Tessa

Tyler and Elizabeth

Elizabeth P O V

After Tyler left Ethan was eating his breakfast I was feeding Tessa. When Ethan said “mom you know what,” he said “yes what,” I said “mom I like Charlotte a lot,” he said with a smile

“I know that baby,” I said to him “like she is so cool she is living with uncle Harrison and she is also doing a job it’s so good I like her she is good and cool,” he said with a smile wait is he saying that I am not cool because I am not working

“mom you know in my class all the student's mother work,” he said “Ethan be quiet and have your breakfast,” I said to him in a polite tone “ok finish this, then do your school work and play the video game,” I said to him with a smile.

I can’t believe my own child thinks that I am not cool because I am not working if he is thinking like that then what about Tyler? he must be also thinking the same thing oh my God what the heck is happening with me “Mila come here” I called one of the worker “can you please go and get the teething toy from the market I would have gone myself but I am feeding Tessa” I said to her and she nodded her head in yes and then she left.

After a few minutes, Mila came with the toy.

Finally, the toy is here Ethan was done with his food and he went to his room and I went to my room. I sat on the bed with Tessa in my lap and then I gave her the toy and she started to chew.

Suddenly I heard Olivia’s voice weren't we supposed to meet at night I forgot to ask her that question but when she asked me why was I sad I didn’t know what to answer, and then I went to make food for her.

I made pasta for her and I took it to my room I took Tessa from her lap so that she could eat comfortably Ethan came to the room saying “hi aunt Olivia” he said “Hi Ethan how are you” she asked him “fine” Ethan said.

Olivia ate her food and then they both played together for one or two hours

Ethan got tired and he again went back to his room Tessa wasn’t crying because she was happy with her new toy I laid her on the baby swing bed which was inside my room.

Then Olivia and I laid on the bed with the support of the headboard and we watched a lot of movies and TV series in between I even fed lunch to Ethan and breastfeed, Tessa. It was already seven “Olivia I will go to the kitchen to prepare the food,” I said “wait I will help,” she said even thou I have workers in the house to cook but I usually try to cook by myself.

I picked Tessa and laid her on the baby basket carrier and then we went to the kitchen to prepare food. I kept my phone on the kitchen counter and I started to tied the apron at that moment I got a call from Tyler I answered his call “baby I forgot to tell you before that Aaron and Harrison are coming tonight to our house” he said

and I looked at Olivia and said “even I forgot to tell you that Charlotte and Olivia are coming home tonight” I said to him “well it’s good we all will be together so see you at night” he said “yeah” I said and we said bye to each other and cut the call “what happened” Olivia asked me “Aaron and Harrison are coming today I mean tonight here” I informed her “What” she shouted

“I wanted to talk to you and Charlotte about something important and I can’t talk about that in front of Aaron,” Olivia said “it’s ok,” I said to her “no it’s not ok but we can’t do anything,” she said.

We prepared the food and even the workers helped us. It was eight already I put some food on the plate and told a worker to call Ethan. Ethan came down to the dining table and had his food while Olivia and I were just sitting beside him “Ethan it’s already eight-thirty so now you will sleep ok as you have school tomorrow ok” I said to him “ok mom Good night mom and Good night aunt Olivia” Ethan said and went to his room. Olivia and I were sitting in the living room on the sofa when I heard Tessa crying.

I picked her up “Olivia I think she is tired now so I will put her to sleep,” I said and took her to the room and there I saw Ethan was sleeping on the bed how come he is sleeping here today I thought as he usually sleeps in his room.

I breastfeed Tessa and once she was asleep I laid her on the baby swing bed and both of them were sleeping peacefully

I came out of the room, and my phone rang I took out the phone from my jeans pocket it was mom’s call she was video calling me I answered her call “hello dear” she said, “hello mom how are you” I asked her “I am fine how are you and how are my grandchildren and Tyler” she said

“we all are good” I said “but you don’t look fine did something happened” she asked me

“mom have you ever felt like there is missing something from your life,” I asked her “Beth I don’t know what are you talking about can you tell me clearly,” mom said to me in a serious tone “mom you know it was very hard for me when Ethan was born because I had to take care of him and even see my studies" I paused and then I said “Tyler helped a lot and it was because of his support I completed my four years of medical university and after that, I also did one-year internship but then I stopped studying but now I feel like something is missing from my life maybe the independence which Charlotte and Olivia have because I never had that I got pregnant and then I married Tyler I don’t understand anything,” I said in a disappointed tone I was disappointed in myself

“you know what,?” mom said “what,?” I asked her “get divorced and come to me, study here and then again marry Tyler,” mom said and she started to laugh I knew she was kidding because she knows I can`t live without Tyler “yeah mom I think your right I should divorce him and come to you,” I said

and we both laugh I heard a footstep behind me but I ignored it “ok let’s get serious I am thinking to talk to Tyler that I want to start my internship again" I said “yeah you should talk to him and you know he loves you so much he will support you in this decision,” mom said with a smile “ok so I will talk to him,” I said “ok bye I have some work to do now,” she said “ok bye,” I said and then I again went down to the living room to Olivia and there I saw Charlotte, Harrison, and Aaron all were there but where is Tyler I thought and went to them "Tyler didn’t come yet,” I asked them and someone back hugged me “I am here” he said “I missed you,” he said with a smile “me too,” I said and he pecked my lips

“guys you can continue this after we leave, right now I am hungry,” Harrison said in a childish tone "you are always hungry," Tyler said to him with a sarcastic smile “I will tell the servants to heat the food,” I said and then I went to the kitchen I told the servants to heat the food and set it on the dining table.

We all were sitting in the living room and after a few minutes, one of the servants told us that the food is ready we all went to the dining table and ate the food I don’t know why but Aaron was continuously glaring at me like I did something really bad to him. After done with dinner we all again sat in the living room.

Tyler P O V

We all six were sitting in the living room Aaron with Olivia, Harrison with Charlotte, and I with Beth and we were talking “guys we want to tell you something” Harrison and Charlotte said together in an excited tone but before they could say anything we heard the doorbell rang it was ten “who is here now” I said and before Beth could say anything Aaron said “I ordered something I will get it” Aaron said

and then he came back with some papers in this hand and he handed it to Beth “what’s this” Beth asked in confused “open it and see it yourself Elizabeth Tyler Smith” Aaron said in irritated tone but I ignored it I feel so good when someone says her Elizabeth Tyler Smith but I don’t why Aaron’s tone was laced with anger Beth saw the papers and she looked shocked “divorce papers” Beth said

and I was shocked took the papers from her hands and read it what Beth said was right it was divorce papers. I got up from my place

I was shocked why did Aaron thought that I will divorce Beth I was thinking that and Olivia got up from her place and said "Aaron" in an angry tone “you thought nobody heard you when you were talking to your mom saying that she is right that you should divorce Tyler I heard it. When we came inside Tyler was very tired and he went to drink water so Olivia said to me that I should call you from your room and when I reached there I heard you were saying that" Aaron said.

Harrison, Charlotte, and Beth all got up from their places I was shocked “I heard you so I thought that I should make your work easy so I got the papers,” he said calmly

“no no you got it all wrong mom and I, we were just kidding,” Beth said and she was ready to cry “stop lying and crying and just sign the papers,” he said in an angry tone “what the heck are you doing Aaron” Olivia shouted while Harrison and Charlotte were also looking at him with anger expression “you come with me now,” Olivia said and hold Aaron’s hand and took him and Charlotte and Harrison followed them.

They left me and Beth alone I sat on the sofa and said “you really want a divorce” I asked Beth in a broken tone she sat down on her knees in front of me “no I was not serious even for a second Tyler you have to believe me, you have to trust me Tyler Mom was just joking” Elize said and tears were flowing from her eyes

Aaron and Olivia

Aaron P O V

Elize said she and her mom were kidding but who jokes on these matters “Stop lying and crying and sign the papers” I said to her “what the heck Aaron” Olivia shouted and then she came towards me and held my hand “you come with me right now” she said

and took me from there to Tyler’s house garden we both were standing in front of each other and then I saw that Charlotte and Harrison had also followed us and both were standing behind Olivia. Olivia ran her hand through her hairs “I can’t believe this you would do something like this you arrogant piece of s**t” she shouted at me in an angry tone

“did you talk to Elize before bringing the divorce papers,” Olivia asked me “do you even know the consequence of these divorce papers” Charlotte shouted “I knew you were impulsive but I never thought you will do something like this” Harrison said to me in disappointed tone

“why are you all shouting and getting angry on me I didn’t do anything wrong, Olivia I told you right on their wedding day this fairy tale dream will end and in few days they will see the reality,” I said to her in a proud tone

"They both are not staying with each other for a few days, they both are married to each other and it’s been eight f*****g years to that and how, how could you even forget about their childrens” Olivia shouted at me

“I heard her talking to her mother that she wants to divorce him” I clarified “I heard her talking to her mother, I heard her talking to her mother” she repeated my sentence “did you heard the full conversation,” she asked me and I nodded my head in no “I just heard that she wants to divorce him and then I left from there to call my lawyer,” I said the truth and Olivia eyes were filled with anger.

Charlotte P O V

What the heck was he saying I went towards him “you got the divorce papers after hearing a part of a conversation” I said “you are an i***t you should have confronted Elize or you should have told me before taking any step Charlotte and I know Elize well” Olivia said to him

“you never know that may be Elize wanted to divorce Tyler for a long time but she was just waiting to collect some money from him and when she has collected that she is ready to leave him,” Aaron said “Aaron do you even know what are you saying and just to prove that whatever you did was right you are calling my friend a gold digger,” Olivia said to him in an angry tone and her eyes were filled with fury and hurt what the heck is happening here Harrison and I were about to tell them that we are getting married everything was going perfect but Aaron has to create a new problem I was thinking that.

Suddenly we heard Tyler and Elize coming towards the garden “you want a divorce I will give you that” what the heck is Tyler saying is he an i***t Elize will die without him and her children Elize cupped Tyler’s face “no I don’t I am saying you this again and again I don’t want a divorce I love you Tyler” she said while crying “Aaron just remember this that if Tyler and Elize got divorced then I will break up with you” Olivia said in an angry tone and Aaron looked at her with a shocked expression

“what the heck is going on here, here I am planning to get married to Harrison and on the other hand my one friend is planning to break up with her boyfriend and because of my friend’s boyfriend stupidity, my other friend’s husband is saying he will divorce her” I shouted on all of them and then I thought what am I saying.

Suddenly we heard Tessa crying and we saw Ethan was standing in the garden and Tessa was in a worker’s arms and she was crying badly as if she knew something was wrong “mom princess is crying a lot and she even woke me up please make her crying stop” Ethan complaint to Elize

“it’s ok,” Elize said and wiped her tears then she picked Tessa in her arms “my princess stop crying” but she still didn’t stop crying Tyler went to Elize, and the moment Tessa saw Tyler she stopped crying “mom and dad,” Ethan said “yes my son,” Tyler said “what’s the meaning of divorce,” he asked and Olivia hit her forehead with her hand “s**t f**k because of Aaron’s stupidity only this was left,” Olivia said to me she was right because of Aaron’s stupidity only this was left.
