Chapter 9

Jasper...

Today is the day the Cullen’s arrive back; Bella's emotions have been everywhere. We decided to leave her death until the Cullen’s are back as she is supposed to be with them, Peter told us that everything should be ok with everyone but Edward and Alice, I have all my belongings packed except from the clothes Alice forced me into. Bella left her new clothes back at the ranch in Texas and all she wanted from Forks are a few belongings that Charlie won’t realise are missing, which we took the other night while Charlie was asleep.

I asked Bella if she is sad about leaving Forks behind, and she told me she wouldn’t miss anyone except Emmett, her teddy bear of a brother. I could tell by her emotions when they was always around each other, that they always thought of each other as a brother and sister. I told her we can always invite him to come to visit us, we she happily agreed to. I knew she wouldn’t miss Charlie, with the way he treated her. I was ready to kill him when we went for a few of Bella’s belongings; Peter had to keep me away from his room.

We was all sat in the living room, when we eared the cars coming down the driveway. I kept the TV on. Char was on Peter’s lap who was sat next to me with Bella on my lap. “Where the hell is Bella, I can’t hear her heartbeat” We heard Edward hiss. It would of been funny if we was in another situation, this could go one of two ways; they all accept us and part ways as friends or they don’t accept us and it turns into a fight and they will all lose their life’s.

Edward came running into the house, with the rest of them hot on his heels. “Jasper where the hell is Bell-“ Edward started walking into the living room, but stopped when he noticed Bella.

“What the hell have you done Jasper?” Edward hissed at me with the rest of the family behind him with their jaws slack. I could tell by Bella’s emotions she was getting pissed with Iz rattling at her cage. “I suggest you shut it Eddie boy, and let us tell you before you start kicking off” Bella hissed at him. Peter and Char was all smiles, they all knew what Bella could do, not one of the Cullen’s knew anything about, she had us all shield so Edward couldn’t read our minds. “Why can’t I read any of your minds?” Edward hissed. “What! I wanna know what that slag is doing on my mates knee” Alice shouted. “I think you might want to think about that Alice, he isn’t your mate. He was just using you to get to Bella. Infact I was the one that sent him, so he could find his true mate. You see little pixie you was only in it so Jasper could get his true mate” Peter told her.

It was all quite everyone just staring at Peter for two seconds, until Alice pounced at Bella. I just let her go knowing she could look after herself. Within half a second Alice was pinned to the floor with Bella holding her down. “What’s wrong Alice wasn’t expecting a newborn to get you like that?” Bella taunted her, I could tell Iz was out aswel which makes this even more serious, not one of the Cullen’s know about Iz. “I suggest all you Cullen’s get into submissive positions NOW!” Peter told them all messing around gone. “Why it’s not like a newborn, especially Bella would hurt us” Edward hissed. Me and Peter looked at each other and just shook our heads. “Fine but it’s your head” Peter told him.

Stupid cow, think she can try and attack us. Jasper just let me go, knowing I could look after myself. I even let Bella come out aswel, to make it more fun. I eared Peter tell the rest of the Cullen’s to get into submissive positions, but Eddie boy had to disagree. I would never attack Jasper, Peter or Char, they are mine and Bella’s family, but the Cullen’s on the other hand, I wouldn’t stop, well except for Emmett, that Rosalie could do with a good scare, but I wouldn’t harm Emmett’s mate.

I looked at all the Cullen’s so they could look at my eyes knowing they would be black with no white in them, I know they’ve seen this before when the major comes forward, so they obviously knew what was going off, and by all the gasps and them getting into submissive positions, I knew I was right. I eared Peter chuckle, he always finds things funny no matter how serious they are, I chuckled then looked back down at the b***h I had pinned down.

“What was you saying you little pixie?” I hissed in her ear. She looked at me wide eyes. “What’s wrong you scared now, knowing your life could end here, I suggest you think twice before attacking me or Bella again” She just nodded her head. I let her go and within half a second she was back by her family, looking scared. Good.

All the Cullen’s got out of their submissive positions so I thought I would let Bella have full control back...

Jasper...

That’s my baby girl, after letting go of Alice, I knew she would let Bella come back. All the Cullen’s got out of their submissive positions as Bella came and sat back on my lap, I nuzzled her neck and kissed her mating mark I had put there a couple of days ago. “Ok I think you all need to explain what is happening. I thought Jasper was Alice’s mate-“ Bella hissed at his comment. “and I thought Bella was Edward’s” It was my turn to hiss. Peter was the one to answer him. “I think you all need to sit down and we’ll explain” They all sat down well away from me and Bella.

“Ok well to cut a story short, after we left Maria and her army a few years later my knower went off telling me that Jasper would find his mate if he went with someone he would meet in a cafe in Philadelphia, so I told him to go.. It was Alice who told him they was mates, Jasper just played along knowing he would eventually find his true mate, Alice even knew they wasn’t mates, she just liked the fact that the god of war was her ‘mate’. She as actually found her mate in Edward, but Edward was pretending to be ‘in love’ with Bella, for her blood but now as you can tell there is now Bella blood, he doesn’t even seem bothered. The only reason Alice attacked was that she wants Jasper all to herself, someone to protect her, and for her to boss around. Bella and Jasper are true mates, they are equals in every shape and form. We’ve been at our home while you was away.” Peter told them.

Carlisle looked ashamed and I could tell it was towards Alice and Edward. “Is this true?” Carlisle hissed at them. Edward looked pissed. “She’s my singer, she was made for me to dri-“ I had him pinned against the wall before he could even finish that sentence. “You think she was for you to drain, are you serious. I knew she was my mate from day one, but you just had to pretend you was in love with her. I should kill you now for keeping me and my mate away from each other” I hissed in his face. I was going to carry on until I felt Bella’s hand on my shoulder. “He’s not worth it baby” She told me while rubbing my back, I let go of him, he just slumped to the floor. Me and Bella sat back down on the sete, ready for any more comments.

“Ok so that answers that question, but what about Bella attacking Alice, she didn’t look like herself” Emmett asked us. Peter looked at Bella so she can explain. “Well when I was human I heard this voice she called herself Iz, I thought I was just talking to myself at first, well that was until she told me exactly what she was to me. She told me Edward wasn’t my true mate, but that he was closer than I thought but he was with someone else.” She looked at Alice before carrying on “Like Peter told you I’m equal to Jasper in every way. I have another side of me, called Iz” They all just looked at her like she had grown another head. “Hold on, I eared the other day that the goddess of war had been born, is that you?” Emmett asked us. Bella couldn’t help but chuckle at him with the excitement in his voice, we nodded our heads and she was in his arms in what would of been a bone crushing hug if she was still human. “Cool, my little sis, is a scary vampire” He boomed after placing her back on my lap.

“Looks like my word had got around especially after the night at the club” Peter mussed more to himself than anyone else, Bella and Char high fived each other knowing what he was on about, while i chuckled and shook my head. “What do you mean what happened at the club?” Esme asked us.

“We all went out to the vampire club, back at home after our hunt. Me and Char was dancing this lad grabbed Chars arse but she sorted him out” Bella told them chuckling before she carried on. “We carried on dancing after that but we was surrounded by a lot of men, me and Char kicked arse” She finished while high fiving Char again.

“Me and Peter was going to interfere, until we looked at them all on the floor with missing limbs, after that we left but not until we heard someone tell them they had just tried to fight the Captain and the god of wars mate who happens to be the lieutenant and the goddess of war. I asked Peter how he knew about Bella been the goddess of war, and he told me a male at the bar asked him who she was and he told him that she was the goddess of war who happens to be the god of wars mate” I told them, they all just nodded their heads.

“Why have you changed diets Jasper?” Carlisle asked me. “Bella as to be on our natural food source for her gifts, and well were going back to live with our family, and I’ve been wanting to change diets for a while now, it makes me a lot stronger, to my full potential” I told him. “Wait your leaving?” Esme asked us with venom in her eyes. I feel sorry for her, she thought of us as children, but me and Bella are not kids, we can look after ourselves. We have our own family. “Yes, were going back with Peter and Char. We will visit now and again, and If you need anything you can always ring us, we’d be happy to help. We was hoping we could go our separate ways as friends after this.” I told them, they all just nodded, Emmett looked like he would cry if he could, I could tell by his emotions that he was going to miss Bella, I also knew that If Rose would he would leave with us, but he would stay with Rose. It wouldn’t surprise me if he spoke to Rose after we left.

Bella...

Well this all went better than I thought it would, Alice hasn’t even had a bad feeling towards me, and Edward is just pissed that his singers blood has gone, the only emotion I got from them is love towards each other.

When Jasper told them that he changed back to human blood because I have to for my gifts, I was hoping Carlisle didn’t pick up on that but I could hope, but it didn’t happen. “What do you mean gifts?” I knew this would happen. “I have a few gifts that I know of so far. I’m a shield both mental and physical, I can stretch it out to others, that’s why Edward couldn’t read any of our minds, I can form it into anything I wish. I can absorb others gifts if I wish, I can listen to others and send my own thoughts, I can turn them off, but Jasper gave me his empathy through his venom, that I can’t turn off” I was lost in my own thoughts remembering the night me and Jasper first marked each other. I started chuckling until I heard Peter and Char laughing their heads off. “You ok there B” Peter asked me with a knowing smile on his face. “Just remembering something” I told him while shooting a wink at Jasper. “Yeah we know, you pushed your thoughts, to me Char and Jasper. Not something I want to see of my little sister thanks” Peter told me while chuckling. Jasper was quiet probably remembering the other nights, when I looked into his thoughts it proved me right. “Wow that’s a lot of gifts” Carlisle told me.

I started thinking if it would be good if I copied Alice’s gift. What do you guys think if I copy Alice’s gift? I asked Jasper, Peter and Char through my thoughts. Yeah, it’s a good idea. Char told me. Go for it honey, but wait until we leave, don’t want them getting suspicious. Peter told me. It’s defiantly a good idea baby. Could come in use for us. Jasper told me.

We was talking for a while until I had a thought. Charlie would be expecting me home soon and my ‘accident’ hasn’t been sorted yet. “Peter, Jasper. You need to sort my death out now the Cullen’s are back” They nodded their heads, we explained the plan to the Cullen’s and they agreed that they would tell Charlie that I was driving back home. Peter is going to get a body, and set my car on fire so there would be a body but people won’t be able to tell if it was me or not.

After Peter and Jasper came back from setting my death up, we decided we would stay here one more day so we can find out was happening with my ‘death’ .

We was all sat in the living room, Alice had just signed the divorce papers when the house phone started ringing. Carlisle answered it, we could all ear what was been said.

Hello Cullen residents.

Hello Carlisle it’s Charlie. I just thought I should let you know Bella’s died in a car accident .

What do you mean Charlie she set off home about an hour ago.

There was a call at the station about a car accident. When I arrived I knew it was Bella straight away, because of the car, she got. Will you let Edward know please. The funeral will be in a week’s time, will your family be coming?

Yes, defiantly Charlie. I’m sorry, I will explain to Edward. If you need anything don’t hesitate to call.

All the Cullen’s looked at me, Jasper, Peter and Char looked at me with sympathy knowing why Charlie wasn’t bothered I was ‘dead’. “Why doesn’t he seem bothered Bella” Esme asked me. How was I suppose to tell her who she thought was my mum wasn’t my birth mum, and that Charlie abused me?

“Well Renee isn’t my birth mum, my birth mum died while giving birth to me. Charlie blamed me for it and abused me from birth, he married Renee when I was 5 and abused her too. When I was 6 she took me away to live with her. When I was 17 I moved back because she married Phil and I thought she need time alone with him, so I moved back to live with Charlie, thinking he would be ok with me now. I was wrong he still blamed me, he started abusing me again aswel as” I couldn’t finish it off it was hard to talk about, I should of told someone It could of stopped. “He tried to rape me, but that stopped when I booted him in his balls. He didn’t try it again just a few punches in my stomach so nobody would see them” I finished telling them. “He raped you before though didn’t he Bella?” Rosalie asked me, to say I was shocked she was talking to me was an understatement, but I don’t get how she figured that out. I just nodded my head. “Yes before Renee took me away” Jasper just held onto me nuzzling and kissing my neck telling me everything was okay and that he couldn’t touch me again. All the Cullen’s just sat there with their jaws slack, including Edward and Alice. Char grabbed one hand and Peter grabbed the other one. Don’t tell them about my black card. I thought to them, they just nodded their heads.

“Why didn’t you tell us?” Esme asked me, with venom in her eyes. “To be honest I wasn’t all that close to you all, except Emmett, and I knew if I told him he would freak out and I didn’t want to put him in that position. I knew Rose had been through it, and I didn’t want to make her think about that” I told them honestly. I really didn’t want to talk about it anymore, It’s my past, and all I want to think about is my future and what is to come in the future.

The rest of the night we just talked and catched up. Me and Emmett talked, he was pissed that I didn’t tell him about Charlie, but I told him, my big brother shouldn’t be put through pain, but then he told me no but big brothers are suppose to look after their little sisters.

Carlisle asked us if we could stay until my funeral so Jasper can go, as everyone thinks Jasper still lives with them, then they will tell everyone, he moved out and went to college, which we agreed on.

Before me and Jasper went for a hunt in Seattle I copied Alice’s gift and turned it off, but after we leave I will be keeping it on at all times. I can’t wait till this is all over so we can go back to Texas and focus on the future.
