I spent the entire night sobbing alone in my room till I got out after doing my morning ritual the following day. I went to the kids' room but saw no one there. Panicked, I began searching for them until I heard laughter coming from one of the rooms. When I opened the door, I observed that Grayson and the three boys were laughing and having a good time while playing a video game.
“Mumma! See, uncle G has a new car game” I met eyes with Grayson as Leo bounded over to tell me all about the game they were playing. After a brief exchange, we both ended the call, and I turned to face the children.
