After several hours of stillness, Elliana stood up and said farewell before leaving the room because it was growing late. I was so excited to meet my children for the first time as a father that I could not sleep at all that night.
I got up as soon as the sun came up, went about my daily activities before having breakfast, and then spent the rest of the night getting ready for the day I had been looking forward to. I couldn't stop thinking about the encounter, and my heart was racing. I couldn't contain my joy or my smile.
