Neither Trinity nor I had much homework to do for the afternoon, so we both resolved to take Christian up on his promise (we would have anyways, even if we did have a lot of schoolwork).
Upon being dropped off last night at Water View, Christian had asked me if Trinity and I wanted to help make a surprise birthday cake for Lillian the following day after school along with Dawson and Logan. I had agreed in a nano-second; and I knew Trinity would do anything to see Dawson again, even if it meant missing her beloved Key Club.
