Chan's POV
Alex has been my classmate in high school and he has also been the male lead on every ballet performance that we have. We have been partnership also most of the time. Why is he here?
"What are you doing here?" I asked him. It was good to see him again.
"I just went to my mom." Really? Oh my--I am sorry.
"Oh, I am sorry."
He smiled at me genuinely. "No, it's okay. How are you Chan?"
"I am fine, thank you for asking." I replied as Lucas coughed at little bit which caught our attention. Gosh, I almost forgot that he is with me.
"Oh right. Alex, this is Lucas, my friend and Lucas, this is Alex, my high school classmate."
"Nice to meet you dude." Alex laid his hand for Lucas so Lucas accepted it and nodded at Alex.
"So, I have to go, Chan and Lucas. I still have something to do. See you around." Alex waved good bye before walking away from us.
"Lucas!"
"What?!"
"What's with that look? You seem like you're going to punch Alex. Do you know him? What's your problem?" I can feel that he don't like Alex when he accepted Alex's hand a while ago. What is his problem with him?
"I just don't feel that guy." That's it?
"Whoa. I can't believe you." Is he a woman? He has this other sense of a woman where he keeps on doubting a person.
"What?!"
"Are you a woman?"
"HUH?!"
"You are like a woman." I replied and laughed a bit while looking at him but he went near me so I walked backwards to avoid his eyes. What now?!
"Do you want me to prove to you that I am a pure-blooded man?" He smirked at me while speaking so I pushed him away from me. What the heck?!
"What the heck, Lucas?! Are you insane?"
"Hey. I am just kidding!"
"Don't follow me!" Phew. He's really making me embarrassed! Ugh! Lucas, you are really unbelievable!

"We will be performing Giselle for the University foundation day that is 3 months from now. I know it is quite a shorter time to prepare so we need to double time. I want you all to focus, I want you all to prepare yourselves and give your best. Practice like you are performing already. Understood?"
"Yes sir!"
Today is our first day of practice and meeting as the University's new batch of Corp's de Ballet. I am nervous but excited at the same time. I really love dancing and I will do my best for it.
"I want you to meet someone." Our director said then someone entered the studio. Alex?! "He is Alex David. He is from the department of AB Performing Arts and he will also join us." Really?! Wow! This will be so exciting!
"Ms. Chandrea Uy." What? Me?
"Yes sir?" I stood up as my name was called.
"I found you performance at the audition excellent and I want you to be the Giselle. But, I also want you still to improve your routine so you need to practice and I will monitor you. Alex will be your partner and he is here to help you. I hope you accept my challenge." Really?!
"Yes sir! I am willing to do Giselle!"
"I am glad to here that.Now, I have evaluated your performances last audition and I have finished your roles at the upcoming performance. However, this may change when I am not satisfied at your performances during practices." Chandrea, this is your chance. This is your chance to regain your spotlight and to fulfill your dreams! "Also, an upcoming alumni night will be held a month from now and we are tasked to perform for that night. We will prepare various performances so we need to double time. Sponsors and shareholders of the University will come at the said event and we don't want our University to embarrassed. Especially the University National Cultural Organization. Is that clear?"
"Yes sir!"
Okay, let's start practicing."
Lucas' POV
"Sis, Chandrea became our Giselle! I was suppose to be that one! I was suppose to be Giselle!" There was someone who were talking at the corridor so I hid at the corner. I knew that voice, it was Reina.
"Sis, I hate her. I hate Chandrea. I thought she was completely gone and I can take her spotlight but she was back and now she was taking it again from me. Sis, I want her gone!" She was crying at an older woman who is hugging her. She calls her 'sis' so I bet it is her older sister. But what is her older sister doing here at the University? Does she have a position here? Is she working here? Probably.
But that's not important for now. I knew it. Reina doesn't change like what Chan says. She still hate Chan and now, because Chan got the position that she wants, she wants her gone. I am quite nervous about this. Chan is in danger.
"Don't worry, I will be the one to handle this, Reina. For now, do what you need to do. I will handle this."
"How?"
"Trust me. I am your sister." She smirked at Reina and her smile really looks determined. I am afraid that Chandrea will be in danger because of this but I won't let it happen. I need to protect her. Damn this evil people.

"Why are you in deep thought?"
"Big Boss?! What are you doing here?" I decided to come here at the rooftop so I can relax and think of how can I help Chandrea. She had suffered a lot already and I can't let that happen again.
"You are becoming too focused on Chandrea and not on your mission."
"Big Boss, isn't Chandrea my mission? I am just worried about her!" He smirked at me which really made me offended. I am still on my mission! Why does he seem really doubtful about me?!
"Big Boss, don't you trust me? I will fulfill it at the deadline He has given me!"
"I trust you, Lucas. But humans often listen here." He pointed at my left chest. "And not here." Then he pointed at my head. I got it. I know what he's saying right now. "You are a human still, Lucas. I trust you but you really need to be careful."
"I know! And I think I already found Chan's fate Big Boss!" I suddenly thought of the guy we met when we visited her dad. Alex. The way they look at each other is different.
"Really huh?"
"Yes and I am confident that I can make them fall in love with each other!"
"Remember your words, Lucas. I am watching you." He smiled at me teasingly and he was suddenly gone. Aish! Words, words, words! I know what I am doing and he don't need to always remind me of that! Chan is a human and I am an angel. I know!
"There you are."
"Chan?"
She sat beside me and looked at the sky. Probably, her practice was done.
"How was your practice?"
"I got the female lead, Lucas. I will perform as Giselle!" She looked at me and smiled from ear to ear. She was really happy and I can see it in his eyes.
"Congratulations Chan!"
"I am so happy Lucas. Words can't explain how happy I am." That's good to know. I think this will keep my heart at ease. I just want her to be happy because that's part of my mission.
"What is the story of Giselle by the way?"
"Actually it was a tragic love story. A naive country girl has fell in love with a deceitful, nobleman. They fell in love with each other but when that man's real identity was revealed, Giselle died out of heartbreak because she thought the man really don't love her and trust her. Because of that, the man named Albrecht faced the consequences of his deceitful love. He suffered."
"Wow. It was really tragic."
"I know. But I love that story. It tells every audience to trust the one they love and no matter how hard it is, tell him or her the truth."
"That's right."
She looked at the blue sky again while smiling which made my heart beat fast. I know and I can't deny myself that I like it when she smiles. It makes my heart at east and beat fast at the same time.
I am sorry, Chandrea. I am sorry that I can't tell you my real identity.
I need to fulfill my mission and leave you here. I need to go to paradise eventually.
Chan's POV
"Chandrea."
"I am sorry."
"Why are you saying sorry?"
"I am really sorry."
"Why?! Wait where are you going?!"
It was snowing and we are standing at the middle of the street. He was saying sorry to me but he doesn't tell why. Don't leave me please.
"Hey! No! You can't go anywhere! Don't leave me please!"
No. Please don't leave me. Please.
"Please!"
A dream?
I am only dreaming.
Who is that guy?
Why am I telling him not to leave?
Why am I crying?
Who's that guy?
Is he really important to me?
