  MICHELLE's P O V   After the two elderly men left, neither of them asked for their bill; nevertheless, when I went to clean their table, I noticed a hundred-dollar bill tucked beneath one of the cups.   I took it with a grin on my face and stuffed it into the pocket on the front of the apron I was wearing. I had no idea they were such a generous tipper. At a cost of five dollars for only two cups of coffee to be purchased, the tip they gave me was too much.
