Sneaking up to the house was the easy part. The wait for the opportunity to do it was almost more than Charles could take. If it wasn’t for the anticipation of having everything he ever worked for back, he would have left and went back to the cabin. It was getting harder and harder to keep focus, but with everything he has done to get back, what belongs to him kept him going.
Charles waited for the couple to go inside before surveying the area. Luck seemed to be on his side. It looked like James was out for the night since there had been no movement from that area.
