I was glad that we came to meet up with our friends as my best friend Linda will also be here... and I can talk to her and see what she thinks about the situation going on in my head.
Just as I walked in I hear Linda " Hi Melanie how are you, it's so good to see you here. " As she gave me a big hug.
Stephen kissed me on the forehead and went off to take a seat with his friends at the bar. I walked next to Linda as we are heading to an open table in the corner of the room...
Linda is my best friend and I'm sure she can see by the expression on my face that I'm worried about something....
And before I can stop myself I start telling Linda exactly how I'm feeling and that I need to see a doctor because I've got this terrible feeling in my stomach that something is not right , and not only that I've got this strange feeling since earlier today that Stephen is hiding something important from me, could it be that he is also worried about the same thing??

I know exactly what it was that Stephen is keeping from Melanie so I looked at her with a grin on my face and said..
" Melanie, I really think Stephen just wanted to arrange a very special night for the two of you, I really dont think his keeping something important from you"
Melanie replied " Well my dearest friend I really hope so"
We were sitting by the table staring at the people that was dancing in front of us...but my thoughts keep going to the situation Melanie spoke to me about...and I didnt want to worry her on her special night but now that I come to think of it Melanie has got a point she and Stephen has being dating for years now and she haven't even once thought that she could be pregnant....I really pray to God that everything will just be fine on Monday at the dr.
Melanie suddenly broke the silence and said. " So I don't think we are suppose to sit here and stare ,let me buy you a drink"
and we got up and went to the bar where my boyfriend Jerald and Stephen was sitting .... by looking at them I could tell that they were just enjoying each others company.

I was just telling Jerald about my plans for the evening as Melanie and Linda came in beside us to join us for a drink.
" Hallo lovely ladies , can I be the gentleman to get you girls something to drink" and Melanie answers " Well my love we thought you'd never ask"
We were sitting there joking about all the crazy and funny stuff the four of us have done in the past few years , we were really very close friends and we loved each others company. I leaned back on my chair and didn't say anything as I took a moment to look at Melanie she's the most beautiful girl with a heart so soft and gentle I just hope everything that I've planned for this evening will go well . And I will be the happiest man alive to make her my wife.
" Melanie, when your done with your drink we should be leaving, as I still have alot planned for us for tonight" she turned and look at me with those shinning hazel eyes and said. " Well that sounds promising my love."
She took the last bit of her drink and push the glass forward so that the bar man can take it and got up...and said.
" Linda and Jerald, thank you for once again being the best company in the world to me and Stephen. " And she leaned over and greeted both of them with a hug....
we went outside to the car and now making our way to my house.....
