Marina stood before the Iron Throne, her heart pounding with emotion. She had finally defeated Lucien and shattered the darkness that had threatened to consume the realm.
As she reached out to claim the throne, a voice echoed through the hall. "Wait, Marina Targaryen!"
Marina turned to see Elwynn Moonwhisper, the young maester, approaching her. "What is it, Elwynn?" she asked.
"The realm needs a new leader, one who will bring peace and prosperity," Elwynn said. "But the Iron Throne is tainted by the darkness of those who have sat upon it before. I implore you, Marina, do not take the throne. Instead, let us forge a new path, one that will bring hope and unity to Westeros."
Marina hesitated, weighing her options. She thought of her ancestors, who had fought and died for the throne. But she also thought of the realm, and the people who had suffered under the rule of the mad kings.
With a newfound sense of purpose, Marina made her decision. "Let us build a new future, one where the power is not held by one, but by the many. Let us create a council, where the voices of all the people are heard, and where justice and equality reign supreme."
And so, Marina Targaryen, the last of the dragonlords, refused the Iron Throne and forged a new path for Westeros. A path of hope, unity, and freedom
