His plan was to use her to claim the Iron Throne, and then discard her like a pawn. With a fierce cry, Marina charged at Lucien, determined to put an end to his schemes once and for all. The battle raged on, with the fate of the realm hanging in the balance. Marina's sword clashed with Lucien's, sparks flying as they exchanged blow after blow. But Lucien's dark magic gave him an edge, and Marina found herself on the defensive. Just as Lucien was about to deliver the final blow, a sudden explosion rocked the hall, sending them both flying. Marina struggled to her feet, seeing Eira and Arin fighting off Lucien's soldiers. But where was Lucien?
