What had happened last night? How could she have forgotten?

"Lauren, don't go, Auren!" Vega shouted. Auren could still hear Vega's shouts from inside the room. She quickly gathered her belongings and left Aries' apartment. She ordered an online taxi to take her home. Before the taxi stopped in front of her house, she tidied up her clothes and hair. She didn't want her family to suspect anything from her disheveled appearance. Last night, she had asked her mother for permission to come home late, and she hoped her parents wouldn't realize that she hadn't come home last night. Luckily, when she entered, the house was quiet.
