Jesse brought her a drink and watched as she gulped it down. He handed her the second one he had brought her and she slowed down a little bit on that one. He was frowning now. They had actually been having a good time and now it seemed as though the night had been ruined just by giving her the rings. He couldn’t understand why that had changed the entire course of the night.
