Vic Vic stared at his brother, not quite knowing what to do. It’d been too long since he’d last seen Kem, and it was almost like looking in a mirror. They were a similar height, and both had the lithe but muscular frames that panther shifters were known for; though Vic had a slightly stockier frame. Partly due to him technically being the panther alpha, and partly due to his life in the woods. To his surprise, Kem pulled Vic towards him, and slapped Vic on the back in a bear hug. Even thinking the word distracted him with thoughts of Nita and where she might have gone when his brother’s mate had dragged her off. Finally, Vic hugged his brother back.
