"Rest well, Avy," I said as he left me on the balcony.

Many things happen when he left a year when the Empress started to move with her pawns and we didn't know that she is with Ryah the Crown Princess and it was a good choice that Prince Renz delayed the wedding. It was also the time Prince Renz's symptoms showed up like coughing blood when he is using magic so he was not using magic when he is attending events. I stopped him from helping me since he can't strain his body without using magic even though we still argued because of that but he listened to me.

" I hope we can find a cure soon or Prince Renz dies using his magic since he is using it without us noticing it," I murmured as I look at the moon.

I lay down on my bed as I hold Ash beside me since I left him here after the party for me.

"Ash, do you think I can his Highness with my magic?" I ask Ash while looking at the ceiling since I can't sleep. I know Miary hasn't told me everything yet and the information written on the paper is not complete when I read yesterday about Renz's condition.

'You can if you have all the things you need to cure him, Master,' He said as he looks at me.

"Yeah, I should do my best, thanks Ash," I said as I hug him and drifts to sleep.

'Good night, Master,' 

I woke up early since I need to check the medicine that we have here in the state that I can use but I need to check the condition of Renz for me to confirm since the written information on the paper is not complete. Fortunately, there were the herbs that I'm looking for but they are 3 more herbs that were not here which is the most important one. I put the herbs I got in small bottles and put them in my bag. I took a shower first and forgot that I did not have sensible clothes since the clothes I left here was small and old so I have no choice but to wear the same clothes from yesterday.

"What should I do, Ash?" I ask Ash who is laying on my bed as he was looking at me.

'Buy new clothes since you smell beer even though you just washed,' he said.

"Even without you telling me that, I'm going to buy my clothes but I don't have money so I have endured it," I said I comb my hair.

'That's why I told you to bring the Lady with you in the town while looking for the herbs that you need,' He said, he was talking about her Grace would be my wallet for buying my things but I can't do that since it was enough for me that they are accepting me, regardless of what I've done.

"I can't do that, Ash," I answered him and he just shrugs as if he was saying 'then bear with it but don't come near me' look.

*knock knock* 

I open the door and it was Sofie. "Good Morning, Sofie. What brings you here?" I said to her and she smiles.

"Good Morning, Avy. The Duke wants to see you," She said. "Okay," I answered.

"Did you rest well?" she asks me as we walk towards the office.

"Yes, I missed my bed though,*chuckled*" I answered her.

"I'm glad that your room was not empty," She said as she chuckled.

"Yeah, I know you are the one who is cleaning it," I said.

"It's not me but her Grace cleans it twice a week as I am helping her," She said as she smiles.

"Is that so? Still, Thank you," I said to her as we laughed.

"You've grown taller than me, Avy," She said as she comparing her height to me, although it's not much taller.

"Nah, just only a little bit, and what worst my chest is still not changed," I said as I looked depressed while holding my chest. She laughed because of my reaction.

"Well, you've been binding it so it will not grow bigger but when you came to your age, your body will grow. But since you came to age last year then your body should change even for a little." She said so I just nodded since she doesn't know that, this year is my debut or my 18th birthday. 

"Well, it's not really important Sofie," I said and she wants to argue but I stopped her by patting her head as I knock on the door since we are already in front of the door. I wave at her after she told me that we still not done talking as I agreed while smiling at her.

"Good Morning, Duke Collins," I greeted him before I approached him and he was looking at me.

"Good to see you, Avy," He said as he smiles at me.

"Thank you for accepting me, Duke, and I am grateful for your kindness," I said as I bowed to him.

"Avy, you don't need to bow since we are family, right?" He said as he looks concerned about the way I act, so clenched my fists because both of them said that to me and it's really unbelievable since they're so kind to me.

" Thank you very much," I said again.

"It's okay, Avy. I am just glad that you came back since we were worried about you when you didn't send us a single letter," He said.

"Ah, that. I'm sorry for that, His Grace," I said.

"It's okay if you can't tell us since you are here since what's more important, right?" He said so I nod and smiled at him.

"I heard from Miary that you will be visiting his Highness today, then here use this," He said as he handed me a pouch of gold coins.

"Yes, Your Grace, but I can't accept it since I have the things that I got here," I humbly refuse him but he just smiled.

"It's alright, Avy. Take it and buy the things you will be needing. I don't take a 'no' answer," He said as he smiled like Miary. Now, I am sure they are 'like father like daughter' and Miary inherited it from her father since this is the proof.

"Then, I'll be using it properly," I said as I receive the pouch since his smile is telling me that 'take it or else' so I felt a little shiver.

"Good," He said as he told me that I can go now. I went out of his office while scratching my head because of the gold in my hands since he will not be going to take it back so I decided to use it properly and use it to buy the herbs that I needed. 

I told Sofie that I'll be back before lunchtime since we will be going to the Crown Prince State and they don't have to prepare my breakfast as I ride on the horse when she followed me outside the house.

I immediately went to the herbs market and looked for the herbs I needed but there was only one here. I know the herbs that I need is not easy to find, thus, I looked at every store but they don't have it so I am sure that the palace has them. It's already 10 am pass when I left in the state at 6:30 am so I have been looking for four hours without eating breakfast. I first looked for food because I just felt hungry and I just passed by the bakeshop so I ate there as I order almost in the menu. 

I did not realize that it was 11:30 am so I immediately returned to Collins State and I found Lady Miary was in front of the house waiting for me. I gulp because she looks scary as she was glaring at me when I approached her. 

"H-hello, I'm sorry, I'm late," I said as I scratch my head and she just sighed.

"Let's go, we don't have time to argue," She said as she goes into the carriage and I followed her. She doesn't know that I know to cure his Highness's illness and fortunately, she doesn't ask me where and what did I do in the town. 

"We're here," She said when we arrived here in the state of Prince Renz. We just got here quickly since we didn't talk when we are inside. 

"Thank you," She said when I help her to get down since I went down first to escort her.

"Welcome, Her Grace, Lady Collins," The butler greeted us as he leads us to his Highness room. We quietly followed and I saw Dravis outside the door and he looked at us.

"Lady Miary, his Highness is waiting for you," He said and looked at me, and he was still staring at me for a few seconds before he reacted.

"Is that you, Avy?" He asks me.

"Long time no see Dravis, I thought you've forgotten me," I said as I smiled at him before we entered.

"Your Highness, you can't!" We heard Kerz say as he helped Renz sit down.

"It's okay, your Highness." Lady Miary said as she went towards Prince Renz and she lay him on his bed since he barely can sit. Kerz was even surprised to see me and backed away because he could not believe I was in front of him.

"Yo! Kerz. I'm real, okay? so don't look at me as if you are seeing a ghost," I said as I tap his shoulder since he looks like an i***t.

"Long time no see, Your Highness. I didn't expect to see you like this," I said to Prince Renz as I went near him.

"I thought, Lady Collins was not telling the truth that you came back when she sent a message to visit me," He said and Lady Collins just laughed since she can't punch him or hit him because of his condition.

"Haha, well, I'm sorry, and thank you for helping her looking for me," I said as I check his pulse, and I notice that it's not normal when it was fast then slow it means his condition is much worst than I expected. The medicine should be given to him immediately since I am sure that it is the 'red spider poison' which is a poison that you cannot notice until some time since it has no taste or color and no symptoms when the body can fight the poison but it will affect the internal that causing coughing blood and body pain all over the body. 

"I'm glad to see you again, Avy since Miary was worried about you when she doesn't receive any letter from you and she was cr--"

"Don't tell unnecessary, your Highness," Lady Miary stops him and I just laugh at them since they didn't change but looking at Renz his complexion is not okay since he looks like he doesn't blood and his dark circle in his eyes due to not getting enough sleep.

"By the way, your Highness did you know what poison that you take in?" I ask him and he looks at me seriously as he let out the other people inside of the room except for Lady Miary since there were maids and the imperial doctor beside Kerz and us. 

"I am not sure but I think it is one of the deadliest poison that I have once read in the book of curses and poisons," He said as he looks outside the window. 

"Well, to tell you the truth it is the 'red spider poison' your Highness," I said as I looked at him, and he was surprised. I know this poison because of my teacher since we travel from time to time when he suddenly told me this poison that he encounters one of the villages that he went in. I got curious when he said that I can use it and I did not expect to be able to use it even though I was not interested at first but over time I have been asking him different kinds of herbs or kinds of poisons and curses.

"How did you know it? when the imperial physician cannot diagnose it," He said to me.

"It's not important how did I know, Your Highness. We need to get the herbs that I needed to make the medicine that you need," I said,

"You know how to cure it, Avy?" Miary asks me as I signed 'shh' since I feel like someone is watching us outside the window so I whispered to her that 'I know'. 

" I don't know if I could trust you about the medicine but I'll take the risk so I'll ask you to help me, Avy," He said as he looked at me with determination so I smiled at him.

"No need to ask me, Your Highness. I am here to show my gratitude for helping, my Lady," I said so he smiled at me as he says 'thank you,' while Lady Miary was looking at me with her teary eyes.

"What do you need? so I can arrange it," He asks me.

"If possible I need it right away, your Highness. It would be better to have it now or within this day." I told him.

" I cannot promise that what you are looking for was in my palace but I will do whatever to have it," He said so nod.
